Ka shkuar n\u00eb 6 numri i t\u00eb arrestuarve q\u00eb akuzohen se bllokojn\u00eb rrug\u00ebn n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re. Para dy dit\u00ebsh u arrestuan tre persona, \u00e7ka u shoq\u00ebrua me protesta t\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re p\u00ebrpara Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb Policis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb njoftimin e policis\u00eb thuhet se po punohet p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe arrestimin e personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb bllokuar rrug\u00ebn “Teodor Keko”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mbr\u00ebmjen e kaluar, Partia Demokratike k\u00ebrkoi ndalimin e dhun\u00ebs q\u00eb sipas tyre forcat e policis\u00eb po ushtrojn\u00eb ndaj banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Astirit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Nr. 6, arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cOrganizimi dhe pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb grumbullime e manifestime t\u00eb paligjshme\u201d, \u201cPrishja e qet\u00ebsis\u00eb publike\u201d dhe Pengimi i qarkullimit t\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb transportit\u201d, shtetasit:<\/span>
\nE. F., 27 vje\u00e7; R. D., 54 vje\u00e7 dhe T. Gj., 56 vje\u00e7 (t\u00eb tre banues n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cTeodor Keko\u201d n\u00eb Zon\u00ebn e Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re).<\/span><\/p>\n

K\u00ebta shtetas n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cTeodor Keko\u201d n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re, kan\u00eb organizuar e zhvilluar nj\u00eb tubim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm dhe kan\u00eb penguar qarkullimin e mjeteve t\u00eb transportit rrugor n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja drejtimet e rrug\u00ebs \u201cTedor Keko\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Policia po punon p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb bllokimin e rrug\u00ebs n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re.<\/span><\/p>\n

Me ndryshimet e reja n\u00eb Kodin Penal, bllokimi i qarkullimit rrugor duke cenuar t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb themelore p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasve dhe t\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb transportit, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me pasojat e shkeljes s\u00eb ligjit.<\/span><\/p>\n
