Me urdh\u00ebr politik t\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebs, njeriut q\u00eb kishte planifikuar vjedhjen e 40 milion eurove n\u00eb afer\u00ebn e Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re, Policia e Shtetit po ushtron terror ndaj banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re, medias dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve politik t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

E nj\u00ebjta Polici q\u00eb nuk lufton krimin dhe drog\u00ebn, ka mobilizuar me qindra forca me dhe pa uniform\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arrestuar, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme, dhjet\u00ebra banor\u00eb t\u00eb Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re, q\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre nga shkat\u00ebrrimi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Partia Demokratike k\u00ebrkon ndalimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore ndaj banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re, ndalimin e menjehersh\u00ebm t\u00eb arrestimeve t\u00eb paligjshme q\u00eb po u b\u00ebhen burrave dhe grave t\u00eb Unaz\u00ebs, q\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e f\u00ebmijeve t\u00eb tyre nga bab\u00ebzia e nj\u00eb Qeveria \u00e7njer\u00ebzore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Banor\u00ebt e Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re nuk kan\u00eb kryer asnj\u00eb krim. Ata nuk jan\u00eb vras\u00ebs, trafikant\u00eb droge apo hajdut\u00eb t\u00eb pasurive publike. Ata jan\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb lir\u00eb, q\u00eb me dinjitet dhe vendosm\u00ebri ushtrojn\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb themelore \u2013 t\u00eb drej\u00ebn e tubimit paq\u00ebsor.<\/span><\/p>\n

E drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar \u00ebsht\u00eb themeli i nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie demokratike, njohur nga Kushtetuta dhe Konventa Europiane p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut.<\/span><\/p>\n

Partia Demokratike paralajm\u00ebron urdh\u00ebruesit dhe ekzekutor\u00ebt e aktit banditesk t\u00eb arrestimit politik t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve se do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me forc\u00ebn e ligjit. N\u00eb burg do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb secili prej tyre q\u00eb sot u heq lirin\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb antikushtetuese protestuesve t\u00eb Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re.<\/span><\/p>\n
