Zhg\u00ebnjim p\u00ebr Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb: Franca nuk do ta pranoj\u00eb hapjen e bisedimeve t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit me k\u00ebto dy vende t\u00eb Ballkanit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q\u00eb vende si Gjermania dhe Franca kan\u00eb q\u00ebndrime krejt t\u00eb ndryshme lidhur me hapjen e procesit t\u00eb negociatave p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim mes BE-s\u00eb dhe Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb duket se nuk e shqet\u00ebson Parisin. Franca do ta bllokoj\u00eb hapjen e planifikuar t\u00eb bisedimeve me dy vendet e Ballkanit \u2013 Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb \u2013 p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e tyre n\u00eb BE. Qeveria n\u00eb Paris i konsideron t\u00eb pamjaftueshme hapat nd\u00ebrmarra n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy vende, u shpreh\u00ebn t\u00eb premten (11.10) n\u00eb Bruksel disa diplomat\u00eb, raporton Deutsche Welle.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjithashtu Franca k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb reformim thelb\u00ebsor t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit si kusht p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb miratimin e saj. Kritikohet nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, q\u00eb procesi i an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft teknik dhe n\u00eb rast t\u00eb zhvillimeve problematike mund t\u00eb ndalet me shum\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi. Me veton e saj Franca del edhe kund\u00ebr Gjermanis\u00eb, q\u00eb bashk\u00eb me shum\u00eb shtete t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb angazhuar p\u00ebr bisedimet e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Qeveria gjermane i referohet vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, q\u00eb k\u00ebto vende i kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur kushtet p\u00ebr hapjen e negociatave dhe se Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb u jan\u00eb premtuar bisedimet. N\u00eb fakt fillimi i bisedimeve t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb vendosej t\u00eb mart\u00ebn e ardhshme (15.10) n\u00eb takimin e ministrave t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Luksemburg. Por rezistenca e nj\u00eb vendi mjafton p\u00ebr ta penguar k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut nj\u00eb bllokim do t\u00eb ishte i hidhur, sepse vendi me rreth 2,1 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb nisur nga perspektiva p\u00ebr bisedimet e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit pranoi ndryshimin e emrit n\u00eb Maqedonia e Veriut. Qeveria greke e pati k\u00ebrkuar k\u00ebt\u00eb, sepse edhe krahina veriore e Greqis\u00eb mban t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin em\u00ebr dhe druhej p\u00ebr pretendime eventuale territoriale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Greqia ia doli t\u00eb imponohet, sepse miratimi i bisedimeve t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE duhet t\u00eb pranohet nj\u00ebz\u00ebri nga t\u00eb gjitha vendet an\u00ebtare. Ky vend e pati kusht\u00ebzuar pranimin p\u00ebr ndryshimin e emrit me shpresat p\u00ebr afrimin n\u00eb BE. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb shum\u00eb shtete e shohin me habi dhe nuk e kuptojn\u00eb veton e Franc\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb diplomat, sikurse njofton agjencia e lajmeve DPA t\u00eb premten (11.10) tha, se \u201ckush bllokon tani procesin e antar\u00ebsimit mban p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb destabilizim t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm n\u00eb fqinj\u00ebsin\u00eb ton\u00eb\u201d. Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh shtetesh t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb ishin angazhaur p\u00ebr bisedimet e antar\u00ebsimit me Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Shansi i fundit p\u00ebr k\u00ebto bisedime mbetet tani nj\u00eb takim i planifikuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb diel\u00ebn (13.10) mes kancelares Angela Merkel dhe presidentit francez, Emmanuel Macron.<\/span><\/p>\n
