Gjithashtu po kaq e rendesishme \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe procesi i anetarsimeve te reja. Per permbushjen e detyrave te sipercituara eshte e nevojshme qe:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kryetari i Grupseksionit, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Kryetar\u00ebt dhe Sekretar\u00ebt e Seksioneve, verifikojn\u00eb listat e zgjedh\u00ebsve, kryejn\u00eb identifikimin e votuesve n\u00eb terren duke i p\u00ebrcaktuar adres\u00ebn, si dhe:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">identifikojn\u00eb p\u00ebr cdo QV votuesit tradicional t\u00eb sigurt t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">identifikojn\u00eb n\u00ebse votuesit tradicional t\u00eb sigurt t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike vazhdojn\u00eb apo jo t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb territorin q\u00eb mbulon QV.
