Industria e naft\u00ebs u rim\u00ebk\u00ebmb dhe kompanit\u00eb e metaleve p\u00ebrfituan drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga rritja e prodhimit t\u00eb automjeteve dhe sektor\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, pasi zgjerimi ekonomik fitoi shpejt\u00ebsi dhe \u00e7mimet globale t\u00eb metaleve u rrit\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Era q\u00eb po fryn n\u00eb rajon u ofron bizneseve n\u00eb EJL nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur hendekun e tyre t\u00eb konkurrenc\u00ebs n\u00eb tregjet m\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilluara per\u00ebndimore. Sidoqoft\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar k\u00ebt\u00eb potencial, \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb ata t\u00eb akordojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb para p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkime. Sektori, i cili p\u00ebrfiton drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga k\u00ebrkesa n\u00eb rritje n\u00eb tregjet e brendshme dhe globale, t\u00ebrheq investitor\u00eb me kosto t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimeve, tok\u00ebs dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve, subvencione t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme shtet\u00ebrore dhe af\u00ebrsin\u00eb e rajonit me tregjet kryesore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maqedonia \u00ebsht\u00eb ylli n\u00eb ngjitje i Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, sipas nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi q\u00eb \u201cMonitor\u201d b\u00ebri bazuar n\u00eb renditjen e kompanive m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sipas qarkullimit vjetor n\u00eb Maqedoni, Mal t\u00eb Zi, Serbi, Bosnj\u00eb-Hercegovin\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebri. Ndryshe nga Shqip\u00ebria, ku v\u00ebmendjen kryesore e kan\u00eb marr\u00eb koncesionet, n\u00eb Maqedoni po rritet me ritme t\u00eb shpejta industria automative, e nxitur nga stimujt fiskal\u00eb q\u00eb ofron qeveria p\u00ebr investitor\u00ebt e huaj, duke filluar nga toka e deri te subvencionet p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit. Rezultatet e k\u00ebsaj politike po b\u00ebhen m\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme vitet e fundit. Tre prodhues pjes\u00ebsh automjetesh n\u00eb shtetin fqinj\u00eb renditen nd\u00ebr 11 m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjt\u00eb), ndryshe nga Shqip\u00ebria q\u00eb ka n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb list\u00eb tre subjekte q\u00eb tregtojn\u00eb karburante me shumic\u00eb, nj\u00eb aktivitet pa vler\u00eb t\u00eb shtuar dhe pa kontribut n\u00eb pun\u00ebsim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ndryshe nga Shqip\u00ebria, ku rritjen dyshifrore po e njohin vet\u00ebm koncesionet, n\u00eb Maqedoni, sip\u00ebrmarrjet prodhuese po njohin zgjerim dyshifror dhe rritje t\u00eb fort\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit. T\u00eb tre kompanit\u00eb, \u201cJONSON METI\u201d, \u201cKROMBERG &amp;amp\u201d, \u201cVAN HOOL\u201d kishin nj\u00eb qarkullim vjetor t\u00eb kombinuar prej 2.1 miliard\u00eb eurosh n\u00eb 2018-n (sa 88% e totalit t\u00eb eksporteve shqiptare) dhe mbi 8,000 t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb total. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb 2018-n jan\u00eb shtuar mbi 2000 vende pune n\u00eb industrin\u00eb automative. Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr shtet konkurrues n\u00eb rajon, edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs q\u00eb ka n\u00eb industrin\u00eb automotive, ndon\u00ebse 2018-a nuk ka qen\u00eb shum\u00eb i mbar\u00eb p\u00ebr kompanin\u00eb kryesore, \u201cFiat\u201d, q\u00eb po vuan nga r\u00ebnia e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gar\u00eb rajonale, Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fillesa. Kat\u00ebr sip\u00ebrmarrje kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor vitet e fundit, \u201cForschner\u201d, \u201cPSZ Albania\u201d dhe s\u00eb fundmi \u201cDelmon\u201d dhe \u201cYura\u201d (kjo e fundit n\u00eb faz\u00eb investimi). Por asnj\u00ebra prej tyre nuk ka arritur ende t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb list\u00ebn e \u201cMonitor 200\u201d. Krahu i lir\u00eb i pun\u00ebs, pozicioni gjeografik i favorsh\u00ebm dhe maturimi i tregut t\u00eb fqinj\u00ebve me fabrika t\u00eb industris\u00eb automotive q\u00eb kryejn\u00eb procese t\u00eb thjeshta fasoneri, po sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si shtys\u00eb n\u00eb vendimet e investitor\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb hedhin syt\u00eb nga Shqip\u00ebria. Por, sektori po has v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb gjetjen e punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb kualifikuar. \u201cForschner Albania\u201d mbetet m\u00eb i madhi, me 747 t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar gjithsej n\u00eb fund t\u00eb 2018-s dhe dyfishoi qarkullimin vjetor n\u00eb gati 4 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb 2018-n, sipas bilancit zyrtar. PSZ Albania GmbH kishte rreth 2 milion\u00eb euro t\u00eb ardhura n\u00eb 2018-n, sipas bilancit zyrtar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb renditjen e \u201cMonitor 200\u201d k\u00ebt\u00eb vit n\u00eb hyrjet e reja mbizot\u00ebronin kompanit\u00eb koncesionare. N\u00eb total jan\u00eb 9 t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb list\u00ebn e 200 m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjve, duke ia kaluar nga numri dhe sip\u00ebrmarrjeve q\u00eb kategorizohen n\u00eb sektorin p\u00ebrpunuese (9 gjithsej). Numri i kompanive koncesionare pritet t\u00eb shtohet, teksa n\u00eb 15 vitet e ardhshme (2019-2032), qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb projekte PPP, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb n\u00eb total 2 miliard\u00eb euro, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga parat\u00eb, q\u00eb mbledh nga taksapaguesit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga 10 m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjt\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, tre jan\u00eb tregues nafte (biznes pa vler\u00eb t\u00eb shtuar p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb). N\u00eb gjith\u00eb list\u00ebn e Monitor 200, mbizot\u00ebron tregtia, q\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe financon importet. Ka 56 subjekte tregtare dhe 29 t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb tregtojn\u00eb hidrokarbure. Nuk mungojn\u00eb as sip\u00ebrmarrjet e nd\u00ebrtimit dhe t\u00eb lidhura me t\u00eb, me 33 gjithsej, n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku po vazhdon t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet pa asnj\u00eb kriter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maqedoni, industria mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse e automjeteve pun\u00ebson 8,400 persona<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb gar\u00ebn rajonale p\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr investime n\u00eb sektorin mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs t\u00eb automjeteve, Maqedonia ia ka dal\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb konkurruese, duke shfryt\u00ebzuar avantazhin e zonave t\u00eb lira ekonomike dhe fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore t\u00eb kualifikuar. Shteti fqinj\u00eb ka tri kompani q\u00eb merren me prodhimin e pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb automjeteve nd\u00ebr 11 m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhat\u00eb p\u00ebr nga qarkullimi vjetor, t\u00eb cilat po rriten me shpejt\u00ebsi dhe po zgjerojn\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm numrin e punonj\u00ebsve. T\u00eb tria kan\u00eb rreth 8,400 t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Disa prej tyre kan\u00eb shfaqur paraprakisht interes edhe p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, por investimet nuk kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb materializohen asnj\u00ebher\u00eb.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cJohnson Matthey DOOEL\u201d, prodhuesi maqedonas i katalizator\u00ebve dhe pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb makinave, vijon t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i madhi i Maqedonis\u00eb, me t\u00eb ardhura 1.7 miliard\u00eb euro n\u00eb 2018-n, me nj\u00eb rritje prej 18% me baz\u00eb vjetore, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave zyrtare nga Tatimet. Numri i t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarve arriti n\u00eb 882, ose 118 m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb. Ky subjekt \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe eksportuesi m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb Maqedoni. T\u00eb ardhurat e tij jan\u00eb sa 70% e gjith\u00eb eksporteve shqiptare (q\u00eb ishin rreth 2.5 miliard\u00eb euro n\u00eb total n\u00eb vitin 2018, sipas INSTAT).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kompania \u00ebsht\u00eb deg\u00eb e sip\u00ebrmarrjes britanike, \u201cJohnson Matthey Plc\u201d, m\u00eb i madhi n\u00eb bot\u00eb p\u00ebr prodhimin e katalizator\u00ebve p\u00ebr makina. Sipas faqes zyrtare t\u00eb internetit, kompania m\u00ebm\u00eb e zgjodhi Maqedonin\u00eb p\u00ebr megafabrik\u00ebn n\u00eb Europ\u00eb p\u00ebr prodhimin e katalizator\u00ebve q\u00eb kontrollojn\u00eb emetimet, n\u00eb konkurrenc\u00eb me 13 shtete t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb rajonit, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Republik\u00ebn \u00c7eke, Hungarin\u00eb dhe Sllovakin\u00eb. Fabrika e \u201cJohnson Matthey\u2019s\u201d, n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e lir\u00eb t\u00eb Shkupit, \u00ebsht\u00eb projekti m\u00eb i madh i vet\u00ebm i investimit dhe m\u00eb e sofistikuara e fabrikave t\u00eb \u201cJohnson Matthey\u201d n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Investimi fillestar n\u00eb vitin 2007 ishte 80 milion\u00eb euro dhe numri fillestar i punonj\u00ebsve, 350.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb vitin 2012, kompania nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr investim prej 60 milion\u00eb eurosh, \u00e7eli nj\u00eb fabrik\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e lir\u00eb tregtare t\u00eb Shkupit, duke hapur edhe 500 vende pune. N\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb, kompania shfaqi interes p\u00ebr t\u2019u zgjeruar edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por Maqedonia u tregua m\u00eb e \u201cshkath\u00ebt\u201d dhe arriti t\u2019i t\u00ebrhiqte dhe p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e fabrik\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">KROMBERG &amp; SCHUBERT MAKEDONIJA DOOEL Bitola, me aktivitet n\u00eb prodhimin e sistemeve elektrike p\u00ebr automjetet, kishte t\u00eb ardhura prej 223 milion\u00eb eurosh dhe renditej n\u00eb vend t\u00eb gjasht\u00eb n\u00eb 2018-n. Kompania \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb, teksa t\u00eb ardhurat u zgjeruan me 47% me baz\u00eb vjetore, nd\u00ebrsa numri i punonj\u00ebsve nga 4300 arriti n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 6,400.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Qeveria maqedonase n\u00ebnshkroi nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb me kompanin\u00eb gjermane \u201cKromberg &amp; Schubert\u201d n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2011 dhe dy vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb tetor 2013, ata hap\u00ebn nj\u00eb fabrik\u00eb p\u00ebr prodhimin e kabllove t\u00eb makinave, t\u00eb vendosura n\u00eb zon\u00ebn industriale Zhabeni, pran\u00eb Manastirit. Investimi ishte rreth 20-26 milion\u00eb euro. Qeveria maqedonase e ka cil\u00ebsuar fabrik\u00ebn \u201cKromberg &amp; Schubert\u201d n\u00eb Zhabeni si investimin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh, p\u00ebr numrin e punonj\u00ebsve, n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Maqedonis\u00eb vitet e fundit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2011, qeveria i dha ndihm\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore \u201cKromberg &amp; Schubert\u201d, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshteste projektin e investimit t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb. Shuma e asistenc\u00ebs financiare nuk u b\u00eb e ditur, por kompania p\u00ebrfitoi p\u00ebrjashtim nga tatimi mbi t\u00eb ardhurat personale t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve dhe gjysm\u00ebn e kontributeve t\u00eb sigurimeve shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve. Bashkia investoi n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrlidhje, nd\u00ebrsa qeveria solli energjin\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrtoi nj\u00eb linj\u00eb transmetimi prej 4.5 kilometrash. Sipas p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb, arsyeja kryesore q\u00eb i nxiti ata t\u00eb investonin n\u00eb Maqedoni ishte kostoja e lir\u00eb e fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore. \u201cKosto e lart\u00eb e fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore n\u00eb Gjermani na detyroi q\u00eb, n\u00eb tri dekadat e fundit, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonim p\u00ebr vende me fuqi t\u00eb lir\u00eb pun\u00ebtore\u201d, tha kompania n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fabrika e autobus\u00ebve t\u00eb \u201cVan Hool\u201d n\u00eb Shkup, e p\u00ebruruar n\u00eb vitin 2014, renditet n\u00eb vendin e 11, me t\u00eb ardhura prej 189 milion\u00eb eurosh dhe rritje 32% me baz\u00eb vjetore. Numri i punonj\u00ebsve u rrit me 302 n\u00eb 2018-n, duke arritur n\u00eb total n\u00eb 1030 t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar. Nj\u00eb porosi e madhe nga tregu amerikan p\u00ebr 500 autobus\u00eb nxiti prodhuesin belg t\u00eb autobus\u00ebve t\u00eb investonte 25 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb Maqedoni.
