Dy studiues\u00eb t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Oksfordit n\u00eb Britanin\u00eb e Madhe kan\u00eb publikuar studimin e tyre me tem\u00eb: \u201cRendi global i dezinformimit – Inventari global i manipulimit t\u00eb organizuar t\u00eb mediave sociale 2019\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb studimit, ata kan\u00eb monitoruar organizimin global t\u00eb manipulimit t\u00eb mediave sociale nga qeverit\u00eb dhe partit\u00eb politike. <\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund t\u00eb tij kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb raport p\u00ebr vitin 2019, q\u00eb analizon tendencat e propagand\u00ebs llogarit\u00ebse dhe mjetet, kapacitetet, strategjit\u00eb dhe burimet n\u00eb zhvillim.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb studimit ata kan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb 5 pika ky\u00e7e, t\u00eb cilat shtjellohen gjer\u00eb e gjat\u00eb n\u00eb materialin e publikuar e t\u00eb bashk\u00ebngjitur.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 pikat ky\u00e7e t\u00eb studimit<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e fushatave t\u00eb manipulimit t\u00eb organizuar t\u00eb rrjeteve sociale q\u00eb jan\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb 70 shtete, nga 48 vende n\u00eb vitin 2018 dhe 28 vende n\u00eb 2017. N\u00eb secilin vend, ka t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb parti politike ose agjenci qeveritare q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor media sociale p\u00ebr t\u00eb form\u00ebsuar q\u00ebndrimet e publikut n\u00eb vend.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Mediat sociale jan\u00eb kooptuar nga shum\u00eb regjime autoritare. N\u00eb 26 vende, propaganda kompjuterike \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u p\u00ebrdorur si nj\u00eb mjet i kontrollit t\u00eb informacionit n\u00eb tre m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme: p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtypur t\u00eb drejtat themelore t\u00eb njeriut, p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskredituar kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt politik\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbytur mendimin e kund\u00ebrt.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e vog\u00ebl e aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb sofistikuar t\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebrdorin propagand\u00ebn llogarit\u00ebse p\u00ebr operacionet e ndikimit t\u00eb huaj. Facebook dhe Twitter i atribuan operacionet e ndikimit t\u00eb huaj p\u00ebr shtat\u00eb vende (Kina, India, Irani, Pakistani, Rusia, Arabia Saudite dhe Venezuela) t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur k\u00ebto platforma p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndikuar n\u00eb audienc\u00ebn globale.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Kina \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb lojtar kryesor n\u00eb rendin global t\u00eb dezinformimit. Deri n\u00eb protestat e vitit 2019 n\u00eb Hong Kong, shumica e provave t\u00eb propagand\u00ebs kompjuterike kineze kan\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb platformat vendase si Weibo, WeChat dhe QQ. Por interesi i ri i Kin\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb agresive Facebook, Twitter dhe YouTube duhet shqet\u00ebsoj\u00eb p\u00ebr demokracit\u00eb.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Pavar\u00ebsisht se ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb platforma t\u00eb rrjeteve sociale se kurr\u00eb, Facebook mbetet platforma e zgjedhjes p\u00ebr manipulime n\u00eb mediat sociale. N\u00eb 56 vende, u gjet\u00ebn prova t\u00eb fushatave t\u00eb organizuara zyrtarisht t\u00eb propagand\u00ebs kompjuterike n\u00eb Facebook.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ky raport ka nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb pah m\u00ebnyrat n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat qeveria agjencit\u00eb dhe partit\u00eb politike kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur mediat sociale p\u00ebr t’u p\u00ebrhapur propagand\u00eb politike, ndotur ekosistemin e informacionit dixhital, dhe shtypur lirin\u00eb e fjal\u00ebs dhe lirin\u00eb e shtypit. Propaganda kompjuterike \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb normale e sfer\u00ebs dixhitale publike.<\/span><\/p>\n
