s\u00eb rrug\u00ebve n\u00eb vend, nd\u00ebrsa u b\u00ebn apel drejtuesve t\u00eb automjeteve t\u00eb tregohen t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si\u00e7 b\u00ebn me dije ARRSH, n\u00eb segmentin Skuraj-Burrel (zona Shkopet) ka r\u00ebnie gur\u00ebsh dhe po punohet p\u00ebr pastrimin e rrug\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;Gjat\u00eb or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, si pasoj\u00eb e reshjeve t\u00eb dendura t\u00eb shiut\u00a0\ud83c\udf27\u00a0t\u00eb githa strukturat e ARRSH-s\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb terren p\u00ebr t\u00eb normalizuar gjendjen\u00a0n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha akset komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb prekura nga to\u00a0\ud83d\udee3<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rajoni Verior, komunikon se n\u00eb segmentin Skuraj-Burrel (zona Shkopet) ka r\u00ebnie t\u00eb vogla gur\u00ebsh, po punohet p\u00ebr pastrimin e rrug\u00ebs, nuk ka probleme me qarkullimin rrugor.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rajoni Qendror, komunikon se po punohet n\u00eb segmentin sa kalon rreth rrotullimin e B\u00ebrzhit\u00ebs, dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha akset e k\u00ebtij rajoni qarkullimi kryhet pa problem.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rajoni Jugor komunikon se itensiteti i reshjeve ka r\u00ebn\u00eb, qarkullimi kryhet pa problem n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha akset.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Situata \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb monitorim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm nga kompanit\u00eb dhe sektori i mir\u00ebmbajtjes ARRSH.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>I b\u00ebjm\u00eb apel t\u00eb gjith\u00eb drejtuesve t\u00eb mjeteve\ud83d\ude98\u00a0t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb kujdes, t\u00eb ulin shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb sinjalistik\u00ebn dhe udh\u00ebzimet e policis\u00eb rrugore&#8221;,<\/em> njofton ARRSH.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
