Ky i fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar nga policia pas ngjarjes. M\u00eb dat\u00eb 19.09.2019, ora 20:00, n\u00eb lagjen \u201cVasil Shanto\u201d, Shkod\u00ebr, disa persona gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikti p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta kan\u00eb goditur me mjet prer\u00ebs shtetasin K. S. vje\u00e7 16, banues n\u00eb lagjen Partizani, Shkod\u00ebr, i cili ndodhet n\u00eb Spitalin Rajonal Shkod\u00ebr. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Fal\u00eb reagimit t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb forcave t\u00eb policis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb identifikuar dhe kapur autori i dyshuar i plagosjes, shtetasi B. Gj., 17 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb lagjen \u201cMark Lula\u201d, Shkod\u00ebr, i cili u arrestua p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cPlagosja e re\u0308nde\u0308 me dashje\u201d. Si dhe ndiqet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb shtetasi A. R. 19 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb lagjen \u201cSk\u00ebnderbeg\u201d, Shkod\u00ebr.&#8221;, <\/em>thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e policis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebto persona gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb djeshme ishin konfliktuar me Smajlin n\u00eb ambjentet e shkoll\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb pas gjat\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjes kan\u00eb komunikuar me telefon dhe jan\u00eb takuar n\u00eb lagjen \u201cVasil Shanto\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas policis\u00eb, ata jan\u00eb konfliktuar fizikisht e m\u00eb pas shtetasi B. Gj. ka nxjerr\u00eb nj\u00eb mjet t\u00eb fort\u00eb, me t\u00eb cilin ka goditur disa her\u00eb shtetasin Smajlin n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb dhe brinj\u00eb.
