Komisariati i Policis\u00eb Nr. 6 n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb informacioneve t\u00eb marra n\u00eb rrug\u00eb operative dhe fal\u00eb nj\u00eb pune t\u00eb mir\u00eborganizuar hetimore finalizoi me sukses operacionin policor t\u00eb koduar \u201cAleati 2\u201d, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit, u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasve:<\/p>\n

\u2013 E. D., 33 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Yrshek, Tiran\u00eb;<\/p>\n

\u2013 E. B., 25 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Yrshek, Tiran\u00eb;<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr shtetasit e lartp\u00ebrmendur sh\u00ebrbimet e policis\u00eb t\u00eb komisariatit Nr.6 dispononin informacion se l\u00ebviznin me sende t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme me vete.<\/p>\n

Menj\u00ebher\u00eb nga sh\u00ebrbimet e policis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb organizuar operacioni policor \u201cAleati 2\u201d p\u00ebr kapjen e tyre n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb. Pasi sh\u00ebrbimet e policis\u00eb i kan\u00eb konstatuar k\u00ebta dy shtetas n\u00eb nj\u00eb lokal n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Yrshekut, u kan\u00eb ushtruar kontroll fizik. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik shtetasit E. D., iu gjet nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri pistolet\u00eb me kreh\u00ebr me fishek\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa shtetasit E. B., iu gjet nj\u00eb arm\u00eb e ftoht\u00eb thik\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb sasi l\u00ebnde e dyshuar kanabis.<\/p>\n

U sekuestruan n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale: nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri pistolet\u00eb me kreh\u00ebr me fishek\u00eb, nj\u00eb arm\u00eb e ftoht\u00eb thik\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb sasi l\u00ebnde e dyshuar kanabis.<\/p>\n

Materialet proceduarale i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201c Mbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve luftarake dhe e municionit\u201d n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb shtetasit E. D. dhe p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cMbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb ftohta\u201d e \u201cProdhimi dhe shitja e narkotik\u00ebve\u201d n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb shtetasit E.
