Prokuroria e Vlor\u00ebs i mbylli hetimet dhe dor\u00ebzoi n\u00eb Gjykat\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr gjykim, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 8 janar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr ngjarjen n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, ndaj Zykajt nuk pati gjykim t\u00eb shkurtuar, i cili nuk parashikohet m\u00eb n\u00eb ligj, i ndryshuar n\u00eb Kod prej vitit 2017, n\u00eb rastet e kryerjes s\u00eb Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje, ligji e parashikon d\u00ebnimin me jo m\u00eb pak se 35 vjet burg, deri n\u00eb burgim t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrmasave t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb ngjarjes, akuza k\u00ebrkoi <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">burgim p\u00ebrjet\u00eb p\u00ebr Zykajn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ngjarja<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb harrohet masakra e ndodhur m\u00eb 10 gusht t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb fshatin Resulaj, n\u00eb Selenic\u00eb t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, ku 8 persona, mes tyre edhe f\u00ebmij\u00eb u vran\u00eb me gjakftoht\u00ebsi n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Viktimat ishin: <strong>Demir Zykaj<\/strong>\u00a076 vjec\u0327,\u00a0<strong>Perri Zykaj<\/strong>\u00a076-vjec\u0327,\u00a0<strong>Besim Zykaj\u00a0<\/strong>45-vjec\u0327 (i biri),\u00a0<strong>Vasilika Zykaj\u00a0<\/strong>40 vjec\u0327 (bashk\u00ebshorte e Besimit),\u00a0<strong>Sara Zykaj<\/strong>\u00a017 vjec\u0327e (vajza e Besimit)\u00a0<strong>Ledion Zykaj\u00a0<\/strong>6 vjec\u0327 (djali i Besimit),\u00a0<strong>Azem Zykaj\u00a0<\/strong>49 vjec\u0327 (i biri),<strong>\u00a0Afe\u0308rdita Zykaj\u00a0<\/strong>47- vjec\u0327 (bashk\u00ebshorte e Azemit).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ritvan Zykaj u kap nga policia pas 12 or\u00ebsh n\u00eb arrati, e madje mbajti dhe q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebrpara policis\u00eb duke th\u00ebn\u00eb<em> \u201cM\u00eb keni kapur me vones\u00eb\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I pyetur n\u00eb polici p\u00ebr motivet e krimin, n\u00ebn statusin e t\u00eb dyshuarit, Zykaj tha dy familjet Zykaj, t\u00eb af\u00ebrm t\u00eb tij e kan\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr vjedhje. N\u00eb fakt nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb e ka rr\u00ebfyer p\u00ebr mediat edhe gjyshi i Ritvan Zykajt, i cili tha q\u00eb nj\u00eb nga nuset e familjes s\u00eb vrar\u00eb, e kishte akuzuar t\u00eb nipin se i kishte vjedhur 5 pula deti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjyshi dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrm t\u00eb tij nuk e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur 25-vje\u00e7arin gjat\u00eb procesit gjyq\u00ebsor, madje as nuk e kan\u00eb takuar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb vetmen seanc\u00eb q\u00eb u paraqit,\u00a0gjyshi i Ritvan Zykajt, i vetmi q\u00eb ka mbetur n\u00eb fshatin Resulaj nga fisi\u00a0Zykaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur:\u00a0<em>&#8220;T\u00eb marr\u00eb d\u00ebnimin q\u00eb meriton. Nuk e kemi takuar dhe nuk kemi pse ta takojm\u00eb. Na mbylli dyert, t\u00eb d\u00ebnohet.
