Policia e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs arrestoi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb nj\u00eb 38-vje\u00e7ar, pasi iu gjet\u00ebn 35 doza me l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike cannabis sattiva.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb kontrollit, t\u00eb ndaluarit me iniciale L.M. iu gjet dhe nj\u00eb sasi lek\u00ebsh. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, policia e Kor\u00e7\u00eb ndaloi dhe nj\u00eb person tjet\u00ebr me iniciale F.A. nga Librazhdi.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb makin\u00ebn dhe banes\u00ebn e tij u gjet\u00ebn sasi l\u00ebnde narkotike. Ai do t\u00eb procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. F.A. ka qen\u00eb i d\u00ebnuar m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr ”arm\u00ebmbajtje pa leje’<\/span><\/p>\n

Arrestohet n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb nj\u00eb shtetas, si edhe procedohet penalisht nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale ‘Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotik\u00ebve’ kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sekuestrohen doza me l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar narkotike Cannabis Sativa, t\u00eb cilat dyshohet se do t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndaheshin nga k\u00ebta shtetas, si edhe nj\u00eb sasi lek\u00ebsh.<\/span><\/p>\n

Specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit p\u00ebr Hetimin e Narkotik\u00ebve, n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit:<\/span><\/p>\n

L.M, 38 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb (i d\u00ebnuar m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr ‘Vjedhje’).<\/span><\/p>\n

Si edhe filluan procedimin penal n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb ndaj shtetasit F.A, 35 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Hotolisht, Librazhd (i d\u00ebnuar m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i arm\u00ebve dhe i municionit’).<\/span><\/p>\n

Sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb, nga informacione t\u00eb siguruara n\u00eb rrug\u00eb policore, ku dyshohej se shtetasit e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm, bashk\u00ebpunonin me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin dhe ushtronin aktivitetin n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e prodhimit dhe shitjes s\u00eb narkotik\u00ebve, kan\u00eb organizuar pun\u00ebn dhe kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb lokalizimin e tyre n\u00eb lagjet nr.8 dhe nr.17 t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik t\u00eb ushtruar ndaj shtetasit L.M, iu gjet\u00ebn e sekuestruan n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale 35 doza me l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar narkotike Cannabis Sativa si dhe 17.500 lek\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar n\u00eb mjetin tip ‘Citroen’ t\u00eb cilin shtetasi F.A.,drejtonte si edhe n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij, iu gjet\u00ebn e sekuestruan disa doza t\u00eb tjera me l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar narkotike Cannabis Sativa.<\/span><\/p>\n
