Ministrja e Mjedisit n\u00eb Gjermani planifikon ligj t\u00eb ri p\u00ebr ndalimin e qeseve plastike dhe pak\u00ebsimin e paketimeve plastike. Ministrja thot\u00eb, se ka pasur nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie prej 64% t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb qeseve plastike q\u00eb nga viti 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n Ministrja Svenja Schulze duke b\u00ebr\u00eb publike planet e ministris\u00eb q\u00eb ajo drejton n\u00ebnvizoi t\u00eb diel\u00ebn (11.08) n\u00eb Berlin: \u201cMinistria ime do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapat e saj p\u00ebr ndalimin e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb qeseve plastike\u201d. Politikania socialdemokrate nuk p\u00ebrmendi nj\u00eb afat konkret kohor. Ajo tha se q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cshk\u00ebputemi nga shoq\u00ebria e shp\u00ebrdorimit dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim m\u00eb pak plastik\u00eb\u201d, raporton Deutsche Welle.<\/span><\/p>\n Nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e arritur me bizneset n\u00eb vitin 2016 tashm\u00eb ka qen\u00eb e suksesshme n\u00eb uljen e konsumit t\u00eb qeseve plastike. N\u00eb shum\u00eb dyqane, konsumator\u00ebt tani duhet t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb p\u00ebr qesen plastike. Sipas Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mjedisit, ka pasur nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie prej 64% n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e qeseve plastike q\u00eb nga 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n Qeset plastike p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb vet\u00ebm 1% t\u00eb paketimeve plastike t\u00eb mallrave t\u00eb konsumit. Schulze gjithashtu d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb arrij\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me bizneset p\u00ebr t\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar paketimet plastike p\u00ebr frutat dhe perimet.<\/span><\/p>\n CDU p\u00ebr pak\u00ebsim vullnetarisht t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb plastik\u00ebs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, kryetarja e Partis\u00eb Kristiandemokrate (CDU) q\u00eb bashk\u00ebqeveris me socialdemokrat\u00ebt (SPD), tha se ajo preferon t\u00eb filloj\u00eb me zvog\u00eblimin vullnetarisht t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb qeseve plastike. \u201cN\u00ebse kjo nuk funksionon, at\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr ndalime,\u201d tha ajo.<\/span><\/p>\n N\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn Welt am Sonntag, Kramp-Karrenbauer vuri n\u00eb dukje se do t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb politikat, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb \u201cme risi, me optimiz\u00ebm\u201d. Ajo gjithashtu propozoi nj\u00eb stimul p\u00ebr heqjen nga p\u00ebrdorimi t\u00eb ngrohjes me naft\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfshirjen e zhvillimit t\u00eb qendruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb kushtetut\u00ebn e Gjermanis\u00eb.
