Gjykata e Shkupit thot\u00eb se ka rishikuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dokumentacionin dhe konstatoi se kushtet p\u00ebr ekstradimin e shtetasit kosovar, t\u00eb identifikuar vet\u00ebm si T.M., nuk ishin p\u00ebrmbushur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kosova dhe Serbia t\u00eb dyja kan\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar se marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Maqedonin\u00eb Veriore fqinje do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohen n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr ish-an\u00ebtarin e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. Kosova nuk d\u00ebshiron q\u00eb ai t\u00eb ekstradohet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Serbia pretendon se shqiptari i Kosov\u00ebs, i cili u arrestua muajin e kaluar, kreu mizori kund\u00ebr civil\u00ebve serb\u00eb, \u00a0n\u00eb vitin 1999, kur ishte ushtar\u00a0 i U\u00c7K-s\u00eb . Ai mohon akuzat dhe po lufton ekstradimin.<\/span><\/p>\n
