N\u00eb vendngjarje ka mb\u00ebritur grupi hetimor dhe specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr hetimin e narkotik\u00ebve n\u00eb DVP Shkod\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit:\u00a0 D.K., 27 vje\u00e7,\u00a0 banues n\u00eb fshatin K\u00e7ar i Posht\u00ebm -Demiraj, Mal\u00ebsi e Madhe.
