P\u00ebrse kjo histori nuk ndodh n\u00eb dim\u00ebr kur \u00e7mimet e fruta-perimeve t\u00eb importit rriten disa her\u00eb? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pak v\u00ebnde mesdhetare si Shqip\u00ebria kan\u00eb luksin e boll\u00ebkut t\u00eb fruta perimeve me shije unike dhe me \u00e7mim deri n\u00eb disa her\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt krahasuar me v\u00ebndet e tjera (shikoni n\u00eb internet). N\u00eb tregun v\u00ebndas, gjenden edhe produkte importi, ato jan\u00eb me t\u00eb pashme dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjta. Por nuk shahen e p\u00ebrgojohen, nd\u00ebrkohe q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e sigurt\u00eb se perdorimi i kimikateve n\u00eb v\u00ebndet e rajonit dhe BE \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i lart\u00eb se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Situata m\u00eb kujton efektin q\u00eb pati n\u00eb Franc\u00eb dhe v\u00ebndet e tjera t\u00eb BE media mbi publikun n\u00eb rastin e \u201clop\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00e7mendur\u201d, n\u00eb vitin 1997. P\u00ebr disa muaj, u braktis masivisht konsumi i mishit t\u00eb vi\u00e7it nga frika se njerzit nuk donin t\u00eb kishin fatin e tmerrsh\u00ebm t\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebve mendor\u00eb q\u00eb shikonin \u00e7do dit\u00eb n\u00eb ekrane. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kriza (frika nga bifteku) mori p\u00ebrmasa europiane, media reflektoi por u desh shum\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb bindej konsumatori se paniku kishte q\u00ebn\u00eb i pa justifikuar, nd\u00ebrsa d\u00ebmet financiare ishin kolosale. Aktualisht, media Britanike prezanton studime dhe parashikon efektet e prit\u00ebshme mbi sh\u00ebndetin e njer\u00ebzve (rritjen e s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs dhe en\u00ebve t\u00eb gjakut) p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimit e uljes s\u00eb konsumit t\u00eb frutave dhe perimeve mbas daljes nga BE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb rastet kur shfaqet nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje qoft\u00eb edhe gripi, njerzit i mbajn\u00eb syt\u00eb dhe vesh\u00ebt nga mjek\u00ebt dhe b\u00ebjn\u00eb shum\u00eb mir\u00eb. Mediat, ftojn\u00eb mjek\u00ebt dhe ekspert\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb komunikuar me njerzit dhe shum\u00eb mir\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjykuar cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e frutave dhe perimeve, \u00e7\u00ebshtja ndryshon. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb shfaqin aft\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe profecin\u00eb e tyre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mjafton q\u00eb dikush t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb n\u00eb an\u00eb t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs ku shiten fruta perime, t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb nj\u00eb bi\u00e7ak, t\u00eb pres\u00eb nj\u00eb frut dhe komentoj\u00eb: ka deformime, nitrite, nitrate, hormone, helm dhe fantazia vazhdon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebta persona kushdoqofshin me ose pa dashje \u201cinfektojn\u00eb e ndotin\u201d opinionin publik. Nqs i referohemi rregullave dhe parimeve shkencore, n\u00eb k\u00ebt rast i) nuk v\u00ebrtetohet origjina e produktit, (ii) mostra nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese dhe (iii) nuk provohet niveli i rriskut p\u00ebr sh\u00ebdetin. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por edhe nqs ka di\u00e7ka t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsohet rasti i disa frutave p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ferm\u00eb ose nj\u00eb zon\u00eb ku prodhohen mij\u00ebra tonelata ose t\u00eb akuzohet nj\u00eb sektor i ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebndit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Informacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb i besuesh\u00ebm kur analizohet mostra p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese sipas nj\u00eb metodike shkencore ose t\u00eb provuar. Aktualisht, konstatimet e drejta ose te pabazuara p\u00ebrdoren pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr gjithe popullat\u00ebn q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet nga miliona e miliarda (kokrra, kg ose ton) fruta e perime t\u00eb rritura me shum\u00eb pun\u00eb e mundim nga m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 400 000 familje Shqiptare. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por a mund t\u00eb fajsohet ose akuzohet i gjith\u00eb komuniteti (popullata) p\u00ebr faj t\u00eb nj\u00eb ose disa individ\u00ebve? N\u00eb rastin e njer\u00ebzve kjo quhet \u201ccampaign of genocide\u201d ose fushat\u00eb genocidi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Infomacioni amplifikohet si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet rrjeteve sociale duke krijuar panik e frik\u00eb, refuzim n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi t\u00eb produkteve vet\u00ebm nga pamja e nj\u00eb fruti i cili mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb deformuar ose \u00ebsht\u00eb me probleme p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb bresh\u00ebrit, goditjeve nga i nxehti apo nj\u00eb mij\u00eb arsye t\u00eb tjera. Thashethemnaja ka krijuar nj\u00eb lloj \u201cfoodofobie\u201d ose frike nga ushqimi me fruta-perime, e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohet sidomos tek f\u00ebmij\u00ebt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Histori t\u00eb tilla krijojn\u00eb panik dhe pasiguri tek konsumatori v\u00ebndas i cili refuzon produktet, kjo \u00e7on n\u00eb dekurajimin e falimentimin e fermer\u00ebve, uljen e sasis\u00eb s\u00eb fruta-perimeve n\u00eb treg n\u00eb sezonin pasardh\u00ebs. N\u00eb fund konsumatori prap paguan m\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb produktet e importit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P.sh. banor\u00ebt e Kuk\u00ebsit kan\u00eb frik\u00eb t\u00eb konsumojn\u00eb produktet nga zonat e tjera t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb por vet\u00ebm ato lokale-raporton nj\u00eb gazetar n\u00eb lajmet q\u00ebndrore t\u00eb nj\u00eb TV komb\u00ebtar pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb. Lind pyetja, \u00e7far\u00eb ndryshimi kan\u00eb produktet e Kuk\u00ebsit krahasuar me zonat e tjera t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb? Sigurisht, jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb mira. Duket sheshit se padija krijon padashje konfuzion dhe panik pa shkak por me pasoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnda edhe p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e njr\u00ebzve q\u00eb konsumojn\u00eb m\u00eb pak fruta-perime, jo p\u00ebr faj t\u00eb tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Problemi i ndikimit t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb produkteve bujq\u00ebsore tek sh\u00ebndeti i njerz\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb investiguar prej dekadash dhe njohja e krijuar p\u00ebr shum\u00eb substanca t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme mbi njerzit ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e plot\u00eb. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Standartet e sotme bazohen n\u00eb njohjen q\u00eb ne kemi aktualisht dhe sigurisht nes\u00ebr mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7udi t\u00eb ndalohen substanca t\u00eb cilat sot p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr fakt t\u00eb mosnjohjes s\u00eb efektit t\u00eb tye mbi sh\u00ebndetin. Ndaj dhe standartet p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Produktet e stin\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri rriten n\u00eb kushte tok\u00ebsore-klimatike nga m\u00eb t\u00eb mirat n\u00eb Planetin ton\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb m\u00eb cil\u00ebsore p\u00ebr faktin se bim\u00ebt zhvillohen n\u00eb normalitetin natyror biologjik dhe fermeri Shqiptar ende p\u00ebrdor kimikate shum\u00eb m\u00eb pak krahasuar me v\u00ebndet e zhvilluara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Substancat m\u00eb t\u00eb rr\u00ebzikshme n\u00eb produkte jan\u00eb mbetjet e pesticideve dhe metalet e r\u00ebnda t\u00eb cilat nuk dallohen me sy as me metoda t\u00eb sajuara. Aparate ose metoda t\u00eb thjeshta q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren mund t\u00eb japin nj\u00eb ide, kur di t\u00eb lexosh dhe interpretosh informacionin. Pergjigjen e jep vet\u00ebm laboratori dhe interpretimin e drejt\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb ekspert\u00ebt q\u00eb njohin standartet dhe efektet e substancave t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Siguria ushqimore ose \u201cushqime t\u00eb sigurta p\u00ebr njerzit\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb problem mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebror. Ai fillon me industrializimin e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur rritja e bim\u00ebve dhe kafsh\u00ebve devijuan nga regjimi natyror. N\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim historik \u00ebsht\u00eb fakt se bujq\u00ebsia ja ka dal\u00eb t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb ushqim m\u00eb t\u00eb bollsh\u00ebm, m\u00eb t\u00eb ekuilibruar gjat\u00eb stin\u00ebve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb popullsi n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb vazhdueshme. P\u00ebrfundim i pakund\u00ebrshtuesh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb se njerzit ushqehen m\u00eb mir\u00eb, cil\u00ebsia e jet\u00ebs dhe gjat\u00ebsia jan\u00eb rritur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sistemi i menaxhimit t\u00eb siguris\u00eb ushqimore n\u00eb \u00e7do v\u00ebnd shkon paralelisht me k\u00ebrkesat dhe edukimin e konsumatorit i cili p\u00ebrzgjedh ose refuzon produktet n\u00eb treg. Edukimi i konsumatorit nuk b\u00ebhet duke e mashtruar, \u00e7orjentuar, panikosur ose trullosur n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet informacionit pa lidhje me realitetin apo t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eksperiencat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira na tregojn\u00eb se siguria ushqimore p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet n\u00eb rast se p\u00ebrfshihen dhe japin kontribut shum\u00eb aktor\u00eb: prodhuesit, konsumator\u00ebt, institucionet shtet\u00ebrore qendrore dhe lokale, universitetet, media shoq\u00ebria civile, etj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sistemi mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet dhe besimi i konsumatorit rritet n\u00ebse sistemi vet\u00ebrregullohet duke adaptuar rregullat modelin europian t\u00eb \u201cbujq\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb integruar\u201d ose \u201cbujq\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb arsyeshme\u201d miq\u00ebsore me mjedisin. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fermer\u00ebt e tregut duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb detyrim ligjor t\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb teknologjin\u00eb e rekomanduar nga specialisti, t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin kimikate vet\u00ebm me \u201cautorizim ose recet\u00eb nga specialist\u00ebt\u201d \u201cbazuar n\u00eb analizat e tok\u00ebs dhe rregullat e mbrojtjes s\u00eb bim\u00ebve\u201d dhe n\u00eb fund specialist\u00ebt me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi ligjore t\u00eb aprovojn\u00eb ose jo \u201cportokollin e zbatuar t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb\u201d para daljes n\u00eb treg. Kjo mund t\u00eb filloj\u00eb me fermat e m\u00ebdha, serat, pemtoret dhe vreshtat n\u00eb zonat m\u00eb intensive t\u00eb v\u00ebndit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebrfitues t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti do t\u00eb jan\u00eb prodhuesit, konsumator\u00ebt, mjedisi dhe ekonomia e v\u00ebndit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Universiteti Bujq\u00ebsor duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb aktor kryesor duke ofruar p\u00ebr komunitetin e fermer\u00ebve \u201cportokollet ose modele t\u00eb kartave teknologjike\u201d t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjidhen n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet internetit me d\u00ebshir\u00eb nga fermer\u00ebt, analiza t\u00eb besueshme p\u00ebr tok\u00ebn dhe bim\u00ebt, k\u00ebshilla p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e kimikateve etj. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mb\u00ebshtetja nga shteti e Universitetit Bujq\u00ebsor me laboratore dhe projekte p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb produkteve n\u00eb ferma dhe tregje do t\u00eb ishte kontribut me vler\u00eb. Gjithashtu, universiteti duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb programet qeveritare p\u00ebr (i) edukimin e fermer\u00ebve dhe specialist\u00ebve n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet trajnimeve (ii) informimin dhe edukimin e konsumatorit etj. Prodhuesit, konsumator\u00ebt, institucionet shtet\u00ebrore dhe mediat jan\u00eb m\u00eb pran\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs kur informacioni dhe k\u00ebshillat jepen me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi nga universiteti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Njohja, p\u00ebrvoja personale, arsyetimi dhe faktet m\u00eb bejn\u00eb t\u00eb besoj se cil\u00ebsia e fruta perimeve t\u00eb v\u00ebndit q\u00eb un\u00eb ose ne konsumojm\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e mir\u00eb.
