Nga bashkimi i votave mes mazhoranc\u00ebs dhe opozit\u00ebs s\u00eb re \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur kuorumi i nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr miratimin e 16 neneve, p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilave synohet t\u00eb garantohet transparenc\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebrimin dhe promovimin n\u00eb karrier\u00eb t\u00eb magjistrat\u00ebve.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr votimin e k\u00ebtyre neneve n\u00eb relacion thuhet se ‘Shtesat dhe ndryshimet e propozuara jan\u00eb t\u00eb domosdoshme, me q\u00ebllim plot\u00ebsimin vakumit ligjor t\u00eb krijuar nga shfuqizimi i dispozitave q\u00eb lidhen me shkeljet disiplinore t\u00eb magjistrat\u00ebve.
