Inspektoriati i Mbrojtjes s\u00eb Territorit, IKMT, ka sqaruar rrethanat e incidentit t\u00eb ndodhur dit\u00ebn e sotme n\u00eb Ksamil. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas IKMT-s\u00eb, n\u00eb reagimin e b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb \u2018Facebook\u2019, nj\u00eb person t\u00eb cilit po i prishej nj\u00eb objekt pa leje, ka goditu me sende t\u00eb forta nj\u00eb nga makinat e IKMT-s\u00eb t\u00eb parkuara disi larg objektit.<\/span><\/p>\n

IKMT sqaron se brenda furgonit nuk ka pasur njeri nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr ngjarjen ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kall\u00ebzim penal ndaj personit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar nga policia.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb paradites s\u00eb sotme, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur Inspektorati Komb\u00ebtar i Mbrojtjes s\u00eb Territorit, n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb detyrave dhe detyrimeve ligjore, ishte duke prishur nj\u00eb objekt pa leje n\u00eb Ksamil me funksion sh\u00ebrbimi, ka ndodhur nj\u00eb incident. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb prej poseduesve t\u00eb objektit, i \u00ebsht\u00eb afruar makin\u00ebs s\u00eb IKMT tip furgon q\u00eb gjendej e parkuar disi larg objektit, dhe e ka goditur me mjete t\u00eb forta duke thyer dy xhamat e saj. Brenda makin\u00ebs nuk ka patur asnj\u00eb person. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar menj\u00ebher\u00eb nga forcat e policis\u00eb, nderkoh\u00eb q\u00eb IKMT ka kryer kall\u00ebzimin penal.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

IKMT sqaron se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs, n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb ligjit dhe n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb territorit publik. IKMT ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e saj p\u00ebrpara ligjit dhe publikut. Po ashtu edhe qytetar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre para ligjit dhe bashk\u00ebqytetar\u00ebve. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Nuk e kan\u00eb fajin as makinat e IKMT dhe as inspektor\u00ebt e saj pse dikush kapet n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb ligjit dhe pretendon se po i b\u00ebhet padrejt\u00ebsi. IKMT do t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb pun\u00ebn e saj.
