Ligji do t\u00eb zbatohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrdhunimet e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhunimin “e panatyrsh\u00ebm”<\/em> dhe abuzimin seksual t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve mbi dhe n\u00ebn mosh\u00ebn e pubertetit.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 2017, shifrat zyrtare treguan 320 p\u00ebrdhunime t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb, por numri i rasteve t\u00eb abuzimit seksual t\u00eb pedofil\u00ebve besohet t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb mij\u00ebra.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ligji i ri parasheh gjithashtu deri n\u00eb 15 vjet burg p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdhunimin e t\u00eb miturve dhe deri n\u00eb pes\u00eb vjet burg p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb turpshme q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb t\u00eb miturit.<\/span><\/p>\n
