Ish-kryeministri Sali Berisha ka qen\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb forumin e Krans Montana n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr ku dhe ka folur p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb n\u00eb Facebook, Berisha thekson se zgjedhjet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jan\u00eb monopartiake dhe krahason Ram\u00ebn si Kim Jong Un.<\/span><\/p>\n Berisha tha n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb forum se Rama ka mend\u00ebsi diktatoriale, pasi ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb kryetar\u00eb bashkie dhe me 3 vota, edhe pse n\u00eb zgjedhje nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb opozita e vendit.<\/span><\/p>\n Postimi i plot\u00eb:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Fjala ne Krans Montana Forum, Gjeneve, Zvicer!<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cKandidati i Partise time do te jete kryetar edhe ne qoftese vetem tre zgjedhes do votojne per te!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Zonja dhe zoterinj,<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cKandidati i PS do jete kryetar edhe ne rast se vetem 3 vete do votojne ate\u201d, kjo nuk eshte deklarata e Kim Jong Un ne Korene e Veriut por eshte deklarata e kryeministrit shqiptar per kandidatin e PS ne zgjedhjet lokale, te cilat zhvillohen me nje kandidat, pra pa alternative ne 57% te bashkive te vendit.<\/span><\/p>\n Korea e Veriut nuk synon integrimin ne Europe kurse Shqiperia qe do te zgjedhe qeveritarr vendore edhe me tre vota dhe pa alternative eshte vend anetare i NATOs dhe kerkon te hape negociatat me BE.<\/span><\/p>\n Bashkepunimin rajonal e demton shume trashegimia e shkuar, projektet e vjetra si\u00e7 eshte ai i Serbise se Madhe qe eshte aktivizuar se fundi nga Beogradi. Heqja dore nga ky projekt qe ka shkaktuar lufta dhe konflike eshte kusht themelor per paqen stabilitetin dhe bashkepunimin rajonal!<\/span><\/p>\n Bashkepunimin rajonal e veshtireson shume mungesa e nje infrastrukture qe lidh keto vende. Sot pas tre dekadash te renies se perdes se hekurt ne rajonin qe perjetoi konfliktet me te egra, nuk ekziston asnje projekt madhor rajonal europian. Projekti i vetem rajonal keto 30 vite eshte projekti i TAP, nje projekt i financuar nga Azerbajxhani dhe konsorcium privat.<\/span><\/p>\n Bashkepunimin rajonal e demton shume korrupsioni dhe krimi i organizuar dhe heshtja e Komisionit Europian para ketyre problemeve madhore te rajonit.<\/span><\/p>\n Te nderuar zonja dhe zoterinj,<\/span><\/p>\n Do te ndalem pak ne rastin e Shqiperise. Qe nga viti 2016 deri sot Komisioni Europian ka miratuar tre raporte suksesive, ne te cilat rekomandon hapjen pa kushte te negociatave me Shqiperine. Te tre keto raporte jane hedhur poshte nga vende si Gjermania, Franca, Hollanda etj. Ne rast se do me pyesni nese keto vende qe refuzojne raportin e Komisionit, shpikin gjera per Shqiperine, une ju garantoj se ato nuk shpikin asgje por problemi eshte se raportet e Komisionit jane larg realitetit ne vend.<\/span><\/p>\n Por megjithe kete une jam per hapjen e negociatave sepse konstatoj se vendi eshte ne nje rreth vicioz qe ka sjelle vendosjen e rregjimit Kakistokracise, nga i cili perfiton regjimi dhe ndeshkohen qytetaret.
