Ky i fundit\u00a0 \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb operacioni, i cili kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim ndalimin e nj\u00eb grupi q\u00eb merrej me shp\u00ebrndarjen e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike.<\/span><\/p>\n

Agjenti i Krimeve, Ledion Bako \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar\u00a0 mbr\u00ebmjen e s\u00eb mart\u00ebs n\u00eb zon\u00ebn Linz\u00ebs n\u00eb Dajt n\u00eb momentin kur po udh\u00ebtonte me makin\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me tre persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Raportohet se agjentit t\u00eb krimeve i \u00ebsht\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb sasi droge dhe nj\u00eb arm\u00eb pa leje. \u00a0Gjithashtu jan\u00eb arrestuar edhe tre personat q\u00eb ishin n\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb\u00a0 e agjentit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tiran\u00eb \u2013 SH\u00c7BA arreston n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 1 punonj\u00ebs policie dhe 3 persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimi p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtjet e Brendshme dhe Ankesat (SH\u00c7BA), mbi baz\u00ebn e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave q\u00eb dispononte rreth implikimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebsi policie n\u00eb veprimtari t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Prokurorin\u00eb e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb zhvilloi nj\u00eb hetim t\u00eb plot\u00eb, duke aplikuar metoda speciale hetimi. <\/span><\/p>\n

Nga hetimet p\u00ebr rreth 3 muaj, u siguruan prova se punonj\u00ebsi i Policis\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se ishin p\u00ebrdorues, shp\u00ebrndanin edhe l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike. Ai duke keqp\u00ebrdorur atributet q\u00eb i jepte detyra, siguronte mbar\u00ebvajtjen e k\u00ebtij aktiviteti t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nisur nga rrethanat, faktet e paraqitura dhe analiza e b\u00ebr\u00eb me Prokurorin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes, u zhvillua operacioni dhe u arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb: \u2013 L. B., 27 vje\u00e7, nga Tirana, me detyr\u00eb ndihm\u00ebs specialist p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 2 Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale t\u00eb \u201cProdhimit dhe shitjes s\u00eb narkotik\u00ebve\u201d, \u201cUshtrim i ndikimit t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm ndaj personave q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb funksione publike\u201d dhe \u201cMbajtje pa leje e arm\u00ebve dhe municioneve\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 J. K., 26 vje\u00e7, nga Tirana, financier, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb \u201cProdhimit dhe shitjes s\u00eb narkotik\u00ebve\u201d dhe \u201cMbajtje pa leje e arm\u00ebve dhe municioneve\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 E. M., 35 vje\u00e7, nga Tirana, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb \u201cProdhimit dhe shitjes s\u00eb narkotik\u00ebve\u201d dhe \u201cMbajtje pa leje e arm\u00ebve dhe municioneve\u201d;<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 A. K., 31 vje\u00e7, nga Tirana, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb \u201cProdhimit dhe shitjes s\u00eb narkotik\u00ebve\u201d dhe \u201cMbajtje pa leje e arm\u00ebve dhe municioneve\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb operacionit u sekuestruan provat materiale: \u2013 pistolet\u00eb me fishek\u00eb; \u2013 disa telefona celular\u00eb; \u2013 dy qese plastike, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat dyshohet se ka mbetje t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs narkotike kokain\u00eb; \u2013 kopje kart\u00ebmonedhash t\u00eb huaja.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hetimet po vijojn\u00eb edhe ndaj personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt dyshohet se jan\u00eb furnizues me l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike t\u00eb personave t\u00eb arrestuar.<\/span><\/p>\n

SH\u00c7BA nxit qytetar\u00ebt t\u00eb denoncojn\u00eb \u00e7do rast abuzimi me detyr\u00ebn t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb policis\u00eb, duke telefonuar n\u00eb numrin falas 0800 90 90, duke garantuar reagim t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr ligjor.<\/span><\/p>\n
