N\u00eb njoftimin e policis\u00eb thuhet se 58-vje\u00e7ari me iniciale A,Sh u ndalua pasi kund\u00ebrshtoi q\u00eb efektiv\u00ebt t\u00eb shoq\u00ebronin drejtuesin e mjetit me iniciale P.M pasi rezultonte se drejtonte mjetin n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa lidhur me sjelljen e efektiv\u00ebve t\u00eb policis\u00eb n\u00eb njoftim thuhet se SH\u00c7BA ka nisur nj\u00eb hetim mbi ta.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nLidhur me denoncimin e nj\u00eb qytetari t\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb media, q\u00eb pretendon se \u00ebsht\u00eb dhunuar nga Policia Rrugore e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs informojm\u00eb se:<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb dat\u00eb 25.06.2019, n\u00eb aksin rrugor Kor\u00e7\u00eb-Maliq, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb fshatit Vlo\u00e7isht, sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb Rrugore kan\u00eb konstatuar dhe ndaluar mjetin tip “Nissan” me drejtues shtetasin P.M, 51 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Drenov\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb momentin kur sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb, po kryenin testin e alkoolit ndaj shoferit, pas dyshimeve t\u00eb krijuara se ky shtetas mund t\u00eb ishte duke drejtuar mjetin n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur (rezultoi n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 1.52mg\/l\u200b), shtetasi A.Sh. 58 vje\u00e7, pasagjer n\u00eb mjet, ka kund\u00ebrshtuar me dhun\u00eb si dhe nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb bindur urdhrit t\u00eb policis\u00eb gjat\u00eb kryerjes t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme proceduriale drejtuesi i mjetit P.M, u arrestua n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Drejtim mjeti n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb parregullt” nd\u00ebrsa shtetasi A.Sh. u arrestua p\u00ebr veprat penale “Kund\u00ebrshtimi i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik” dhe “Mosbindja ndaj urdhrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik”.<\/span><\/p>\n

SH\u00c7BA, bazuar tek kall\u00ebzimi dhe pretendimi i shtetasit A.Sh, ka filluar verifikimet mbi veprimet e punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Rrugore n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast.<\/span><\/p>\n
