Shoqata e Bashkive ka reaguar lidhur me p\u00ebrplasjet e djeshme n\u00eb KZAZ-t\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin. P\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb njoftimi p\u00ebr mediat, kjo shoqat\u00eb d\u00ebnon dhun\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ushtruar ndaj policis\u00eb bashkiake nga forcat e rendit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shoqata i v\u00eb gishtin ministrit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm Sand\u00ebr Lleshaj, duke e akuzuar se synon nj\u00eb konflikt institucional me qeverisjen vendore, pas njoftimit p\u00ebr shkrirjen e Policive Bashkiake.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund Shoqata e Bashkive i b\u00ebn thirrje kryeministrit Edi Rama, t\u00eb ndal\u00eb agresionin qeveritar dhe policor mbi strukturat bashkiake, si dhe t\u00eb urdh\u00ebroj\u00eb ndalimin e dhun\u00ebs ndaj qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb bashkive.<\/span><\/p>\n

REAGIMI<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ky akt i paprecedent\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb thellim i grushtit t\u00eb shtetit nga Qeveria dhe nj\u00eb tentativ\u00eb e qart\u00eb antikushtetuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb uzurpuar kompetencat e Bashkive. Mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb akt do t\u00eb njoftohen nga ana jon\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme, t\u00eb gjitha organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb autonomin\u00eb vendore, brenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb ligjit, Ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm, Sand\u00ebr Lleshaj, me njoftimin p\u00ebr shkrirjen e Policive Bashkiake, synon nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr konflikt institucional, k\u00ebsaj here me qeverisjen vendore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shoqata e Bashkive t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb gjen rastin t\u2019i kujtoj\u00eb Ministrit Lleshaj se n\u00eb demokraci, institucionet autonome dhe t\u00eb pavarura, nuk marrin urdhra nga Qeveria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vendimi i njoftuar prej tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Kushtetut\u00ebn dhe ligjin dhe, p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb, nuk do t\u00eb njihet dhe nuk do t\u00eb zbatohet nga Bashkit\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrhyrja brutale e Qeveris\u00eb ndaj autonomis\u00eb vendore \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme dhe e paprecedent\u00eb. Nxitja e konfliktit midis Policis\u00eb Bashkiake dhe Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb, gjithashtu, nj\u00eb veprim kriminal i papranuesh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shoqata e Bashkive t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt t\u00eb mos bien pre e provokimeve t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb, q\u00eb synojn\u00eb dhe nxisin konflikt social dhe c\u00ebnojn\u00eb destabilitetin demokratik t\u00eb vendit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Polic\u00ebt bashkiak\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vendosur t\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre sipas ligjit.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, Shoqata e Bashkive t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb i b\u00ebn thirrje Kryeministrit Edi Rama, t\u00eb ndal\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb agresionin qeveritar dhe policor mbi strukturat bashkiake, si dhe t\u00eb urdh\u00ebroj\u00eb ndalimin e dhun\u00ebs ndaj qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb bashkive tona, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn dhe demokracin\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n
