Mir\u00ebpo sipas nj\u00eb shkrimi t\u00eb publikuar dit\u00ebn e djeshme nga “EURACTIV”, pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha vendet jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur t’i japin drit\u00ebn e gjelb\u00ebr Shkupit, nd\u00ebrsa Tirana ende mbetet me p\u00ebrgjigje “JO” p\u00ebr disa vende.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vitin e kaluar, shtetet an\u00ebtare ran\u00eb dakord q\u00eb BE t\u00eb vendos\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qershor n\u00ebse do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb bisedimet e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit me t\u00eb dyja vendet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Komisioni rekomandoi n\u00eb maj t\u00eb fillonte bisedimet, duke arsyetuar se Maqedonia Veriore dhe Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebrmbush\u00ebn t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb. Sapo t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb bisedimet, procesi do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb p\u00ebr disa vite dhe madje edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i garantuar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, K\u00ebshilli i \u00c7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme nuk do t\u00eb vendos\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen t\u00eb mart\u00ebn, pasi Gjermania nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gati t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim sepse ende ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb procesin e saj t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm n\u00eb parlament.<\/span><\/p>\n

Si rezultat, zyrtar\u00ebt e BE-s\u00eb dhe diplomat\u00ebt than\u00eb p\u00ebr EURACTIV<\/a> <\/span>se vendimin do t\u00eb shtyhet, me shum\u00eb gjasa deri n\u00eb shtator.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb nga K\u00ebshilli i \u00c7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme dhe K\u00ebshilli i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme t\u00eb Holand\u00ebs i cili i k\u00ebrkon qeveris\u00eb t\u00eb mos pranoj\u00eb rekomandimin e Komisionit Evropian p\u00ebr hapjen e negociatave.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas parlamentit, shkaqet e mos pranimit p\u00ebr hapjen e negociatave vjen se Shqip\u00ebria nuk ka arritur rezultate t\u00eb prekshme p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn ndaj krimit dhe korrupsionit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjermania po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr vendet kryesore skeptike dhe flitet se kancelarja Angela Merkel ka vendosur ta shtyj\u00eb marrjen e nj\u00eb vendimi n\u00eb vjesht\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n
