Kryebashkiakja e Shkodr\u00ebs, Voltana Ademi doli mesdit\u00ebn e sotme n\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb denoncuar provokimet e veglave t\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebs, si\u00e7 thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e PD-s\u00eb, me q\u00ebllim nxitjen e konfliktit civil.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb bashkit\u00eb e drejtuara nga opozita ka nisur beteja p\u00ebr qendrat e votimit, pasi kryebashkiak\u00ebt k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb largimin materialeve t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb sepse nuk e njohin 30 qershorin si dat\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhjet lokale. E nj\u00ebjta situat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe n\u00eb kryeqendr\u00ebn e veriut ku punonj\u00ebsit e bashkis\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb masat p\u00ebr t\u00eb rimarr\u00eb n\u00ebn administrim ambientet q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren nga KZAZ-t\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por Ademi deklaroi sot se punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb Bashkiake jan\u00eb shantazhuar nga disa persona civil, q\u00eb jan\u00eb prezantuar si punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAta nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera i kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar verbalisht, q\u00eb n\u00eb oren 15.30 t\u00eb paraqiten n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e oficeres s\u00eb policis\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore Sulela Gerxhaliu. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb veprim i paligjsh\u00ebm dhe q\u00eb nxit konflikt\u201d, u shpreh Admi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ajo k\u00ebrkoi nga organi i Prokuroris\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb informoj\u00eb zyrtarisht bashkin\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs n\u00ebse ka ndonj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb ligjore mbi veprimtarin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij institucioni, si dhe i b\u00ebri thirrje oficeres Gerxhaliu q\u00eb t\u00eb reagoj\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00ebse personat civil t\u00eb prezantuar si punonj\u00ebs policie, kan\u00eb keqperdorur emrin e prokuroris\u00eb, i b\u00ebj thirrje oficeres s\u00eb policis\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore Suela Gerxhaliu t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb ligjin dhe t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi penale personat q\u00eb kan\u00eb abuzuar me detyren, n\u00ebn emrin e saj\u201d, tha kryebashkiakja.<\/span><\/p>\n

Voltana Ademi shtoi se \u201cbashkia Shkod\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb e vendosur t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb ligjin dhe i k\u00ebrkon Policis\u00eb dhe sipas rastit Prokuroris\u00eb, t\u00eb ndal menj\u00ebher\u00eb provokimin, ndaj bashkis\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Nxitja e konfliktit nga vart\u00ebsit e Edi Ram\u00ebs nuk i sh\u00ebrben stabilitetit t\u00eb vendit.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Ajo theksoi gjithashtu se si \u201ckryetare e bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs jam e vendosur t\u00eb zbatoj Dekretin e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs p\u00ebr shfuqizimin e dat\u00ebs 30 Qershor. Asnj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim, nuk m\u00eb ndal, as mua dhe as koleg\u00ebt e mi n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb respekt t\u00eb ligjit dhe shtetit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs.
