Presidenti nuk ndalon ask\u00ebnd t\u00eb \u00e7mendet, p\u00ebrkundrazi i fton t\u00eb gjith\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb<\/em><em> izolojm\u00eb \u00e7do t\u00eb \u00e7mendur q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb dhurimit t\u00eb gjakut b\u00ebn thirrje p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra t\u00eb ndryshme. Shqip\u00ebria ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb lira e t\u00eb ndershme sepse vet\u00ebm ato \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb hapjen e negociatave. Dekreti \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi dhe i detyruesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.
