Pas luft\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb bot\u00ebrore, zhvillimi ekonomik si nj\u00eb problem i nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizuar , u pa nga ekonomist\u00ebt dhe politikan\u00ebt si nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e lidhur ngusht\u00ebsisht\u00a0 me formimin e kapitalit n\u00eb sensin fizik t\u00eb tij. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por modelet teorike, v\u00ebzhgimet dhe angazhimet reale, t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyera n\u00eb numra t\u00eb interpretuesh\u00ebm, sugjeruan si shkak kryesor t\u00eb varf\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb vendeve defi\u00e7ens\u00ebn e kapitalit human dhe efi\u00e7ens\u00ebn e tij si \u00e7el\u00ebsin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rritje ekonomike t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Historia na m\u00ebson se suksesi i revolucioneve industriale dhe i investimeve n\u00eb industrin\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb, projektet energjitike, prodhimin e \u00e7elikut, hekurudha\u00a0 dhe fermat e mekanizuara, nuk do t\u00eb ishte i mundur n\u00ebse nj\u00eb investim n\u00eb edukim nuk do t\u00eb ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Edukimi rezultoi nj\u00eb investim vital p\u00ebr zhvillimin ekonomik dhe human t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb 20-t\u00eb. Atij duhet ti m\u00ebsohen bazat e njohurive t\u00eb zbuluara n\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb pajiset me aft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrthithur m\u00eb shum\u00eb njohuri fal\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjes s\u00eb tij.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A nuk p\u00ebrkon ky p\u00ebrkufizim i Rand p\u00ebr edukimin me nj\u00eb konvencion logjik t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur si baz\u00eb e zhvillimit t\u00eb ambicies individuale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar at\u00eb \u00e7ka konsiderohet sot revolucioni teknologjik?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ne jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb orientuar drejt inovacionit. K\u00ebrkesat e shekullit t\u00eb 21 jan\u00eb orientuar drejt risis\u00eb, kreativitetit dhe integrimit t\u00eb njohurive n\u00eb nivel global, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebrkimit dhe mendimit kritik e analitik. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ndryshimet e shpejta n\u00eb teknologji, tregun e pun\u00ebs, mjedisin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm vendas e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, nivelin e konkurueshm\u00ebris\u00eb, e b\u00ebjn\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshtatje nj\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn merret si e mir\u00ebqen\u00eb q\u00eb zhvillimi i edukimit dhe suksesi n\u00eb ekonomi\u00a0 jan\u00eb ngusht\u00ebsisht t\u00eb lidhura dhe q\u00eb lufta p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur standardet e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi b\u00ebhet s\u00eb pari n\u00eb klas\u00eb. Por \u00e7far\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ide t\u00eb pa l\u00ebkundur n\u00eb mendjen e njer\u00ebzve \u00ebsht\u00eb fenomeni i intensitetit t\u00eb rivalizimit global ekonomik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb linj\u00eb mendimi, i nj\u00ebjti fenomen ka ndodhur edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e pas viteve 90-t\u00eb. Nj\u00eb sistem i ri vendimarrje, hapja e tregut, ekonomia e lir\u00eb dhe lindja e sip\u00ebrmarrjeve private, solli nevoj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb reagimi t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb dhe profesional ndaj k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tregut. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Me gjith\u00eb kultur\u00ebn pozitive t\u00eb nj\u00eb arsimimi cil\u00ebsor t\u00eb trash\u00ebguar, ndihej nj\u00eb munges\u00eb e theksuar e liris\u00eb s\u00eb mendimit dhe shprehjes q\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb themelet e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb zhvilluar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dua t\u00eb besoj se politik\u00eb-b\u00ebr\u00ebsit p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e arsimit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs t\u00eb pakusht\u00ebzuar t\u00eb ides\u00eb se hapja dhe zhvillimi i nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie vjen ve\u00e7se nga edukimi; e si t\u00eb till\u00eb edhe kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapa cil\u00ebsor\u00eb n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e krijuara.
