Shell p\u00ebrfundoi k\u00ebrkimet sizmike, por nuk arriti t\u00eb shpoj\u00eb puse p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb trazire civile q\u00eb e detyroi Shell q\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye madhore ta zgjidhte kontrat\u00ebn e vet me ndarje prodhimi. M\u00eb pas, k\u00ebto dy blloqe iu dhan\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Petromanas (Blloku B) dhe Bankers (Blloku F).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>N\u00eb dat\u00ebn 9 shkurt 2012, Shell Upstream Albania B.V. filloi punimet (fillimisht me 50%) n\u00eb dy blloqe ekzistuese t\u00eb k\u00ebrkimit n\u00eb tok\u00eb, n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Mesme (Blloku 2-3) n\u00eb zot\u00ebrim t\u00eb Petromanas. Akti i Transferimit u miratua nga organi rregullator (AKBN) m\u00eb 17 prill 2012. N\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 2012, filloi fushata e studimit sizmik, e k\u00ebrkimit dhe vler\u00ebsimit me nisjen e shpimit t\u00eb pusit &#8220;Shpirag-2&#8221;, i cili solli rezultate pozitive (t\u00eb shpallura m\u00eb 4 n\u00ebntor 2013) dhe deklarimi zyrtar u b\u00eb m\u00eb 9 janar 2014. N\u00eb qershor 2013, Shell dhe Petromanas ran\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ndarje t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, ku si rezultat Shell p\u00ebrfitoi 75% t\u00eb interesit n\u00eb Blloqet 2 dhe 3.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>N\u00eb mars 2016, Shell mori nga Petromanas t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e shfryt\u00ebzimit n\u00eb Bllokun 2-3 n\u00eb tok\u00eb n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb se mesme, pasi bleu nga Petromanas pjes\u00ebn e mbetur t\u00eb saj n\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn me ndarje prodhimi.\u201d<\/em> &#8211; shkruhet n\u00eb historikun e shkurt\u00ebr t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb njoftim zyrtar, kompania e njohur flet p\u00ebr pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e saj lidhur me naft\u00ebn q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb zbulohet teksa jep holl\u00ebsi liodhur me veprimtarin\u00eb e saj n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Zbulimi i Shpiragut u konfirmua n\u00eb vitin 2013 nga pusi Shpirag-2 i cili tregoi prezenc\u00ebn e nj\u00eb kolone nafte t\u00eb leht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 800m n\u00eb rezervuar.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rezultatet e suksesshme t\u00eb hapave t\u00eb m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb programit vler\u00ebsues do t\u00eb cojn\u00eb n\u00eb shpimin e m\u00eb shum\u00eb puseve vler\u00ebsues, nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb Sistemi Pilot Vler\u00ebsimi dhe potencialisht kalimin n\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzimit, hap ky q\u00eb do t\u00eb varet nga nj\u00eb vendim p\u00ebrfundimtar investimi.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shell u b\u00eb partner n\u00eb projekt n\u00eb vitin 2012 dhe tani zot\u00ebron 100% t\u00eb interesave n\u00eb bllokun 2-3 dhe do t\u00eb marr\u00eb efektivisht 100% t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave n\u00eb Bllokun 4 p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb vitit 2019.
