Prokuror\u00ebt pohojn\u00eb se Sarkozy shpenzuar rreth 51 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn p\u00ebr rizgjedhjen\u00a0 e tij, pothuajse dyfishi i kufirit ligjor prej 25.1 milion dollar\u00ebsh, duke p\u00ebrdorur fatura t\u00eb rreme dhe k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb ai t’i p\u00ebrgjigjet akuzave n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sarkozy ka denoncuar akuzat, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se ai nuk ishte n\u00eb dijeni t\u00eb mashtrimit nga drejtuesit n\u00eb firm\u00ebn e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me publikun Bygmalion, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb gjithashtu n\u00eb mesin e gjithsej 13 personave q\u00eb ka gjasa t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me gjyqin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Avokat\u00ebt e Sarkozy-s\u00eb apeluan tek K\u00ebshilli Kushtetues, i cili rregullon pranueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e ligjeve dhe vendimeve ligjore, duke argumentuar se ai kishte paguar tashm\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebnim financiar p\u00ebr tejkalimin e shpenzimeve.<\/span><\/p>\n
