Ky process ka nisur koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb tij, drejtori ekzekutiv i Fondacionit Soros, Andi Dobrushi, s\u00eb bashku me kreun e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb, Gent Ibrahimi e dekanin e Juridikut, Artan Hoxha, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuar m\u00eb her\u00ebt me Fondacionin Soros , kan\u00eb zhvilluar nj\u00eb takim me student\u00ebt e fakultetit publik t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb\u00a0 kuadrin e Projektit \u201cMonitorimi i Reform\u00ebs n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d, n\u00eb ambientet e FDUT-s\u00eb\u00a0 u organizua nj\u00eb forum me pedagog\u00eb dhe student\u00eb\u00a0 n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme si impakti, i deritanish\u00ebm, i\u00a0 Reform\u00ebs n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb respektimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve; Ngritja dhe funksionimi i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb; Ngritja dhe funksionimi i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb Gjyq\u00ebsor. Cilat\u00a0 jan\u00eb\u00a0 sfidat dhe pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e k\u00ebtij procesi; Reforma n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb respektimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, apo\u00a0 aksesi i individit n\u00eb organet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.\u201d <\/em>– thuhet n\u00eb postimin e Fondacionit Soros n\u00eb llogarin\u00eb e tij n\u00eb Instagram.<\/p>\n

Reforma n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi, \u00ebsht\u00eb konceptuar, organizuar dhe zbatuar nga Fondacioni Soros. Nj\u00eb paket\u00eb me mij\u00ebra e-maile dhe dokumente t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb k\u00ebtij fondacioni u publikuan n\u00eb muajt Gusht-Shtator 2016.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto dokumente zbuluan se rrjeti Soros kishte hartuar nj\u00eb strategji t\u00eb detajuar mbi reform\u00ebn n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe strategjia ishte gati q\u00eb prej vitit 2013.<\/p>\n

Kjo u pranua publikisht edhe nga kreu i komisionit t\u00eb Reform\u00ebs n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi, Fatmir Xhafaj, n\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb n\u00eb muajin dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2015, ku tha: \u201cAsgj\u00eb nuk do ishte e mundur pa ndihm\u00ebn e Fondacionit Soros\u201d.<\/p>\n

Reforma n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb projekti i Fondacionit Soros dhe monitorimi i saj po b\u00ebhet po nga Fondacioni Soros. \u00a0A \u00ebsht\u00eb ky fondacion n\u00eb konflikt t\u00eb past\u00ebr interesi?<\/p>\n
