I arrestuari u ndalua pas d\u00ebshmis\u00eb nga Alkond Bengasi i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i penduari dhe d\u00ebshmitari i mbrojtur nga prokuroria.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve\u00a0 t\u00eb kryera nga nj\u00eb grup i posa\u00e7\u00ebm hetimor p\u00ebr zbardhjen e ngjarjes s\u00eb dat\u00ebs 09.04.2019 n\u00eb aeroportin e Rinasit, informojm\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb kapur dhe ndalur\u00a0 shtetasi R.H., 50 vje\u00e7, lindur e banues n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, i dyshuar si nj\u00eb prej autor\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ngjarje.<\/span><\/p>\n

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb Pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb p\u00ebr Krime t\u00eb Renda Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale\u00a0 te \u201cVjedhjes me arm\u00eb t\u00eb kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb grupit t\u00eb strukturuar kriminal\u201d, \u201cMbajtjes pa leje t\u00eb municioneve luftarake\u201d, \u201cVrasje e punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb policis\u00eb, e kryer ne bashk\u00ebpunim e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
