Nj\u00eb incident ka ndodhur n\u00eb nisje t\u00eb konferenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr “Klim\u00ebn n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor” duke anuluar gjith\u00e7ka.<\/span><\/p>\n

Konferenca \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb orar t\u00eb pacaktuar, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb incidenti mes delegacionit serb dhe atij kosovar. M\u00ebsohet se delegacioni serb nuk ka pranuar t\u00eb ulet n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn tryez\u00eb me homolog\u00eb nga Kosova.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn n\u00eb fjal\u00eb do merrnin pjes\u00eb edhe Kosova me Serbin\u00eb, Mali i Zi, Maqedonia e Veriut dhe ambasador\u00eb dhe donator t\u00eb huaj dhe ajo do t\u00eb mbahej n\u00eb or\u00ebn 10:00.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ministri shqiptar i Mjedisit, Blendi Klosi gjat\u00eb incidentit \u00ebsht\u00eb par\u00eb i shqet\u00ebsuar dhe duke folur disa her\u00eb n\u00eb telefon.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pas incidentit, Blendi Klosi theksoi se Kosova sot ishte e ftuar, dhe nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohej nga ky takim, ku diskutohet p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb shqet\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa ministri i mjedisit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Matoshi u shpreh se p\u00ebrjashtimi i Kosov\u00ebs u b\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rregullave t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Kosova ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201dKosova nuk mund t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb\u00a0t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet nga pal\u00eb t\u00eb treta n\u00eb takim\u201d<\/em>, u shpreh Matoshi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Sa i takon aktiviteti \u00ebsht\u00eb takim i organizuar nga OKB, ka personalitete t\u00eb shquara t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebs dhe institucioneve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Un\u00eb ftova ministrin Matoshi dhe faleminderit q\u00eb ishte k\u00ebtu. Ne do t\u00eb vijojm\u00eb diskutimet biletarelae me ministrat e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb rajonit.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Konferenca do t\u00eb diskutoj\u00eb p\u00ebr problematika q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me vendet e rajonit. Grupet tona po vijojn\u00eb diskutimin. Kur vjen puna te fondet, Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e diskutimit.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Kosova e ka grupin dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e saj. P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket rregullave t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara jan\u00eb jasht\u00eb kompetenc\u00ebs son\u00eb.Mendoj se p\u00ebr post debatit, q\u00eb ju keni qejf gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb ndiqni. Kishim nj\u00eb dakord\u00ebsi edhe me OKB dhe Serbin\u00eb, ajo q\u00eb nuk u pranua ishte prezenca e Kosov\u00ebs me t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb plota si fol\u00ebs, kjo m\u00eb detyroi dhe mua q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebnim 2 or\u00eb diskutime dhe negociata me ta. E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb konferenca t\u00eb zhvillohet. Tashm\u00eb Kosova do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pranishme me statusin e t\u00eb ftuarit special\u201d,<\/em> tha ministri Klosi.<\/span><\/p>\n
