Gjithashtu gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e shtetasit t\u00eb arrestuar N. M., \u00ebsht\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri “pushk\u00eb”, model 56, pa lejen p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, e cila u sekuestrua n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Materialet n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb shtetasve t\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm, u referuan n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Kruj\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale “Shkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs me zjarr, kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim” dhe “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i arm\u00ebve, arm\u00ebve shp\u00ebrthyese dhe municionit”, parashikuar n\u00eb nenet 151\/2, 25 dhe 278\/2 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.”,<\/em> thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e policis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n
