Policia arriti t\u00eb kapte rreth 300 gram\u00eb kokain\u00eb e cila vinte nga qyteti i La\u00e7it dhe tregtohej n\u00eb kryeqytet.<\/span><\/p>\n

D., me banim n\u00eb La\u00e7, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me shtetasit M. P., A. L., A. N., dhe E. D., tregtonin dhe shisnin n\u00eb kryeqytet me porosi klientele, l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike t\u00eb llojit kokain\u00eb t\u00eb cilin e sillnin nga qyteti i La\u00e7it.<\/span><\/p>\n

K\u00ebta shtetas jan\u00eb konstatuar nga sh\u00ebrbimet e policis\u00eb duke qarkulluar me dy automjete n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e \u201cValiasit\u201d n\u00eb Kam\u00ebz dhe jan\u00eb ndaluar p\u00ebr kontroll. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar, policia gjeti n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin mjet nj\u00eb qese me l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar narkotike e llojit kokain\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb sekuestruar n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale 249.2 gram\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb e dyshuar narkotike e llojit kokain\u00eb; dy automjete dhe gjasht\u00eb aparate celular.<\/span><\/p>\n

Materialet proceduriale i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale te \u201cProdhimit dhe shitjes s\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim\u201d parashikuar nga neni 283\/2 i Kodit Penal n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb shtetasve t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendur.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
