Ngjarja e Arditit ndodhi jasht\u00eb landfillit t\u00eb Sharr\u00ebs<\/em>\u201d-shtoi Veliaj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kush \u00ebsht\u00eb Petrit\u00a0 Fusha:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Petrit Fusha ka drejtuar p\u00ebr pes\u00eb vite radhazi Prokurorin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs, kat\u00ebr vite si drejtues i Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe nj\u00eb vit si z\u00ebvend\u00ebdrejtues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb drejtonte Prokurorin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion ka pasur 4 procedime penale ndaj kryebashkiakut t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, Erion Veliaj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fusha dhe Veliaj jan\u00eb fotografuar teksa takoheshin n\u00eb nj\u00eb lokal t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs kur kryebashkiaku ishte n\u00ebn hetim p\u00ebr vdekjen e Ardit Gjoklajt n\u00eb landfillin e Sharr\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Veliaj po hetohej gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb Fusha drejtonte prokurorin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs edhe p\u00ebr \u00a0falsifikim t\u00eb gjob\u00ebs q\u00eb i vuri Partis\u00eb Demokratike p\u00ebr protest\u00ebn e 8 dhjetorit 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hetimet kan\u00eb provuar se shkrimi n\u00eb gjob\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i oficerit q\u00eb kishte firmosur gjob\u00ebn. Kjo gjob\u00eb tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar edhe n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Administrative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prokuroria e Tiran\u00ebs po e hetonte Veliajn asokohe edhe p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin te Parku i Liqenit. Ai u padit penalisht p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrdorim detyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kall\u00ebzim ndaj Veliajt u b\u00eb p\u00ebr protest\u00ebn e zhvilluar para Gjykat\u00ebs Administrative.
