Rukaj dhe Aliaj jan\u00eb dy administrator\u00eb t\u00eb depove farmaceutike t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb skema mashtruese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00ebsohet se ata kan\u00eb pajisur\u00a0 me receta rreth 50 persona q\u00eb nuk jetojn\u00eb si edhe rreth 500 persona q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Prokuroria dyshon se n\u00eb skem\u00ebn mashtruese jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe disa mjek\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i kan\u00eb drejtuar pacient\u00ebt e tyre drejt k\u00ebtyre farmacive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Njoftimi i plot\u00eb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prokuroria prane Gjykates se Shkalles se Pare Tirane, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 12.06.2018 ka regjistruar procedimin penal nr. 4628 q\u00eb b\u00ebn fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb \u201cShp\u00ebrdorimi i detyr\u00ebs\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 248 i Kodit Penal.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"videoad\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Ngjarja ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me dyshimin e krijuar se farmacit\u00eb me vler\u00ebn e rimbursimit m\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr vitet e fundit, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb Bioplus, Medigreen dhe Geni &amp; Lori, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet mashtrimit kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar fonde dhe subvencione nga shteti, duke p\u00ebrfituar nga fakti se kan\u00eb kontrate me FSDKSH-n\u00eb, p\u00ebr rimbursimin e ila\u00e7eve q\u00eb ata shesin. ekzistojne dyshime te arsyeshme se ne rastin konkret jane konsumuar edhe elemente t\u00eb vepres penale t\u00eb \u201cmashtrimi kompjuterik\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 143\/b i Kodit Penal dhe \u201cmashtrimi n\u00eb subvencione\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 144 i Kodit Penal. ekzistojn\u00eb shkaqe t\u00eb bazuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar se ka rrezik largimi p\u00ebr shtetasin Petrit Nezir Skura, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb domosdosh\u00ebm urdh\u00ebrimin e ndalimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij personi.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb lidhje me \u201crrezikun e largimit\u201d, Kolegjet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb (Vendim Unifikues Nr.7, dat\u00eb 14.10.2011) jan\u00eb shprehur se: \u201c ky rrezik, krahas element\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, mund t\u00eb lidhet e t\u00eb rezultoj\u00eb edhe nga vet\u00eb natyra e akuzave n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb t\u00eb gjykuarit, nga r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e faktit, e sanksionit p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale dhe lloji e shkalla e pasojave t\u00eb ardhura prej saj. Prej tyre mund t\u00eb arrihet n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin logjik juridik, n\u00eb trajt\u00ebn e probabilitetit t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm apo edhe t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, mbi mund\u00ebsin\u00eb apo p\u00ebrgatitjen reale dhe efektive t\u00eb ikjes, n\u00ebse nuk nd\u00ebrhyhet p\u00ebr ta izoluar t\u00eb pandehurin.\u201d Mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb bazuara se personi dyshohet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb krim dhe ka rrezik t\u00eb largohet p\u00ebr t\u2019i shp\u00ebtuar procedimit, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nenit 253\/1 t\u00eb Kodit te Procedures Penale, Prok.Karanxha urdheroi Ndalimin e shtetasit Petrit Nezir Skura, i dat\u00eblindjes 01.08.1948, i dyshuar per kryerjen e vepres penale te \u201cmashtrimi kompjuterik\u201d dhe \u201cmashtrimi n\u00eb subvencione\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 143\/b dhe 144 i Kodit Penal;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Ndalimin e shtetasit Gazmend Pajtim Aliaj, lindur n\u00eb Delvin\u00eb, i dat\u00eblindjes 16.02.1976, i dyshuar per kryerjen e vepres pen ale te \u201cmashtrimi kompjuterik\u201d dhe \u201cmashtrimi n\u00eb subvencione\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 143\/b dhe 144 i Kodit Penal;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga ana e policis\u00eb jan\u00eb ndaluar dy farmacist\u00eb, Petrit Skuraj dhe Gazmend Aliaj pas hetimit mbi nj\u00eb skandal lidhur me rimbursimin e barnave.
