Presidenti Tha\u00e7i lavd\u00ebroi spektrin politik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr unanimitetin n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e krijimit t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb, por sipas tij, proceset n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt shpesh \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u2019i shtyj\u00eb vet.<\/p>\n

Tha\u00e7i theksoi se, nga nj\u00eb vend i shkat\u00ebrruar nga gjenocidi i ushtruar nga shteti i Serbis\u00eb, Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb pavarur e sovran. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, ai u zotua se Asociacioni i Komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb kompetenca ekzekutive.<\/p>\n
