Ministria e Financave n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet buxhetit t\u00eb vitit 2018 kishte planifikuar t\u00eb investonte rreth 2 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e konvikteve n\u00eb godinat e qytetit studenti, por deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb muajit tetor k\u00ebto fonde jan\u00eb realizuar pothuajse n\u00eb nivelin zero.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave zyrtare nga Ministria e Financave ket\u00eb vit nj\u00eb vler\u00eb prej rreth 250 milion\u00eb lek\u00ebsh ishte planifikuar t\u00eb investohej n\u00eb konvikte.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nga kjo shume 108 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb ishin t\u00eb programuara p\u00ebr t\u2019u investuar n\u00eb rehabilitimin e godinave n\u00eb qytetin studenti dhe 100 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb po n\u00eb qytetin Studenti p\u00ebr eficenc\u00ebn e energjis\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto godina.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb muajit tetor realizimi i investimeve n\u00eb k\u00ebto projekte ishte zero.<\/span><\/p>\n

Realizimi i fondeve buxhetore p\u00ebr investime n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb gjithashtu ka qen\u00eb shum\u00eb i ul\u00ebt edhe p\u00ebr vitin 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave zyrtare nga Ministria e Arsimit investimet kapitale n\u00eb \u201cProgramin, Arsimi i Lart\u00eb\u201d ishin miratuar 330 milion lek\u00eb, nga t\u00eb cilat me financim t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm ishin 230 milion lek\u00eb, si dhe financim t\u00eb huaj n\u00eb shum\u00ebn 100 milion lek\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Buxheti i rishikuar p\u00ebr vitin 2017 uli financimet p\u00ebr investime n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb duke i \u00e7uar n\u00eb 168 milion lek\u00eb, nga t\u00eb cilat me financim t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm ishin 82.8 milion lek\u00eb, si dhe financim t\u00eb huaj n\u00eb shum\u00ebn 108 milion lek\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por edhe pse fondet u shkurtuan ato nuk arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb realizoheshin. Realizimi i shpenzimeve kapitale p\u00ebr 12- mujorin 2017 n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb program \u00ebsht\u00eb 72 milion lek\u00eb ose 57 %.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ministria e Arsimit ka arsyetuar se, financimi i huaj p\u00ebr 12-mujorin e par\u00eb 2017 nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rishikimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes si dhe ndryshimit t\u00eb selis\u00eb s\u00eb agjencis\u00eb zbatuese RASH.<\/span><\/p>\n
