K\u00ebshtu ka deklaruar Ministrja e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb\u00a0\u00a0Etilda Gjonaj gjat\u00eb konferenc\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare \u201cT\u00eb drejtat e grave jan\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut\u201d.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ads.balkanweb.com\/www\/delivery\/lg.php?bannerid=0&amp;campaignid=0&amp;zoneid=319&amp;loc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.balkanweb.com%2Fministrja-gjonaj-e-prere-ska-amnisti-per-burrat-dhunues%2F&amp;referer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.balkanweb.com%2Fkategoria%2Fshqiperia%2F&amp;cb=61028806ad\" alt=\"\" width=\"0\" height=\"0\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duke u ndalur tek amnistia q\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitet me rastin e festave t\u00eb fundvitit, ministrja Gjonaj siguroi se nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb amnisti p\u00ebr burrat dhunues.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"videoad\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u201cMinistria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb edhe me mb\u00ebshtetjen e kryeministrit po p\u00ebrpilojm\u00eb nj\u00eb akt ligjor i cili ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me amnistin\u00eb e fundvitit ku ashtu si\u00e7 un\u00eb jam zotuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb publike por q\u00eb gjen vend edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pr\/ligj, pik\u00ebrisht ata persona q\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr vepra penale seksuale apo vepra penale t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje nuk do t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb vend n\u00eb pr\/ligjin p\u00ebr amnistin\u00eb.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Jam e sigurt q\u00eb k\u00ebsaj gjeje do t\u2019i shkoj deri n\u00eb fund duke pasur edhe mb\u00ebshtetjen e grave deputete t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rast nuk do t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb q\u00eb kjo kategori apo k\u00ebto subjekte t\u00eb d\u00ebnuara p\u00ebr k\u00ebto vepra penale t\u00eb mos b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb amnisti\u201d, tha\u00a0 ajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ministrja Gjonaj n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e saj ka renditur nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshimesh ligjore t\u00eb iniciuara nga MD q\u00eb synojn\u00eb forcimin e rolit t\u00eb gruas n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri dhe mbrojtjen e saj nga dhuna.
