Pra kompanit\u00eb tashm\u00eb do t\u00eb vendosin vet\u00eb dhe pa transparenc\u00eb p\u00ebr interesin e nj\u00eb vepre publike se si duhet t\u00eb ideohet , pa pasur nj\u00eb d\u00ebgjes\u00eb pulike apo kontroll paraprak nga autoriteti kontraktor publik.<\/p>\n

\u201cNdryshime ka p\u00ebsuar edhe Neni 15 i VKM q\u00eb lidhet me bonusin e kompanive q\u00eb marrin nga institucionet publike kontraktore gjate procesit te p\u00ebrgatitjes dhe propozimve qe ofrojn\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebt publike . Shuma e vler\u00ebs se rimbursuar nga 2% q\u00eb ishte , qeveria e ka 5-fishuar duke e rritur ne 10% te vleres se perllogaritur qe ju jepet nga qeveria kompanive te cilat propozojne oferta te pa kerkuara<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n
