Vler\u00ebsoj q\u00ebndrimin e tyre si kontribut civilizues n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet mendimit ndryshe dhe si mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ruajtjen e komunikimit ekuilibrues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00eb dyti, dua t\u00eb distancohem nga ekstremizmi q\u00eb c\u00ebnon interesat q\u00eb na bashkojn\u00eb, ashtu si edhe nga q\u00ebndrimet q\u00eb shtremb\u00ebrojn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nacionalizmit t\u00eb rrem\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00eb treti. Shp\u00ebrthimi i furtun\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet Shqip\u00ebri-Greqi kan\u00eb si pik\u00ebnisje, n\u00eb dukje, dy an\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit, t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb Kostandinos Ka\u00e7if\u00ebs. E para, \u00ebsht\u00eb akti i d\u00ebnuesh\u00ebm i p\u00ebrdorimit prej tij t\u00eb arm\u00ebs dhe e dyta vrasja e tij prej shtetit n\u00eb kap\u00ebrxim t\u00eb ligjit (faktet tona k\u00ebt\u00eb tregojn\u00eb), dhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr pa marr\u00eb parasysh provokimin e sensibiliteteve etnike deri n\u00eb shpalljen e tij hero.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00eb kat\u00ebrti, nd\u00ebrhyrja ime n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje synon nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb q\u00ebnd\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes frik\u00ebn e shtuar q\u00eb kaplon minoritetin etnik grek k\u00ebto dit\u00eb, n\u00eb raport me historin\u00eb, me realitetin dhe perspektiv\u00ebn e tij.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky minoritet p\u00ebrballet aktualisht nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb me fash\u00ebn solide dhe d\u00ebnuese deri n\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim t\u00eb opinionit publik shqiptar me element\u00eb t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm nacionalist\u00eb antihelen. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr ndodhet nacionalizmi helen i provokuar nga vrasja e 35-vje\u00e7arit Ka\u00e7ifas, n\u00ebnshtetas shqiptar e grek me komb\u00ebsi greke. (Vrasja ndodhi n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e fest\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb, n\u00eb fshatin e tij, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin po hidhej hapi i par\u00eb serioz n\u00eb raport me t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebt grek\u00eb t\u00eb luft\u00ebs ndaj pushtuesve fashist\u00eb n\u00eb 1940-41.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provokimi u shtua nga politika zyrtare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e cila n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb ve\u00e7uar Ka\u00e7if\u00ebn nga pjesa tjet\u00ebr e minoritetit shpejtoi p\u00ebr t&#8217;a karrekterizuar at\u00eb terrorist dhe t\u00eb fantaksur dhe p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsit e tij me cil\u00ebsime ekstreme dhe vulgare. U ushqye nga media t\u00eb caktuara shqiptare q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjshme, por m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebllimshme, emetonin lajme q\u00eb i shkonin p\u00ebrshtat nxitjes s\u00eb nacionalizmit grek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ardhja p\u00ebr varrimin e K. Ka\u00e7if\u00ebs, shpalosja e q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb tyre dhe ikja brenda dit\u00ebs n\u00eb Greqi, e b\u00ebn\u00eb frik\u00ebn e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb komunitetit t\u00eb etnis\u00eb greke n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, m\u00eb t\u00eb frikshme. Nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb se kontribuan n\u00eb amplifikimin e retorik\u00ebs nacionaliste antihelene t\u00eb pal\u00ebs shqiptare. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, largimin e tyre po at\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe me peripecit\u00eb e njohuara, rrit\u00ebn ndjesin\u00eb e t\u00eb qenurit peng t\u00eb frik\u00ebs tek bashk\u00ebkomb\u00ebsit t\u00eb tyre banor\u00eb n\u00eb territorin e shtetit shqiptar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebt\u00eb ndjesi e shton p\u00ebrpjekja e shtetit shqiptar p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb \u201cn\u00eb mbrojtje\u201d minoritar\u00ebt grek\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nga \u201cekstremist\u00ebt\u201d grek\u00eb t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb, retorik\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kujton periudh\u00ebn e diktatur\u00ebs komuniste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Po e ndihmon edhe pala greke, e cila n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjen e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb patur marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb mira me Tiran\u00ebn, harron dhe anashkalon realitetin e minoritetit t\u00eb vet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ndikojn\u00eb p\u00ebrvojat e hidhura t\u00eb 1990, 93, 94-95, 97, 98-99, 2003 etj t\u00eb cilat fituan nj\u00eb amblifikim t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm, pasi edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vrasje u ricikluan episode t\u00eb ngjashme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb argument shtes\u00eb n\u00eb spektrin e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb frik\u00ebs, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn fakti se k\u00ebsaj here i \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb syri i d\u00ebmtimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve midis popujve, shteteve dhe krijimit t\u00eb terrenit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zinxhir hakmarr\u00ebs, pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb cilit mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb kushdo prej nesh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por m\u00eb shum\u00eb ndikon nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi i pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb komunitetit t\u00eb etnis\u00eb greke se shp\u00ebrthimet nacionaliste n\u00eb form\u00eb mjegulle, kan\u00eb si themel munges\u00ebn e vullnetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb e zbuluar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn mbi ngjarjen, dhe krijimin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb artificiale dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebllimshme t\u00eb episodeve tep\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, q\u00eb t\u00eb kujtojn\u00eb madje tragjedit\u00eb e lashta greke, si\u00e7 ishte rasti i mbajtjes pa arsye bindese t\u00eb trupit t\u00eb Ka\u00e7if\u00ebs p\u00ebr 12 dit\u00eb rresht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb rreth tjet\u00ebr frike p\u00ebrb\u00ebn vet ngjarja. Dit\u00ebt q\u00eb pasuan 28 tetorin krijuan gjith\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se ngjarja ishte e parath\u00ebn\u00eb. Ndoshta, nuk ishte parashikuar fundi tragjik i Ka\u00e7if\u00ebs, &#8211; ashtu si me 1994 n\u00eb Peshkopi. Esht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se nuk ka p\u00ebrgjigje p\u00ebr arsyet q\u00eb e shtyn\u00eb Ka\u00e7if\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer aktin e d\u00ebnuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb arm\u00ebs, (madje dhe n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb policis\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht se nuk donte t\u00eb vriste k\u00ebnd) n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e fest\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb, kontribues p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ishte dhe vet ai. Por, ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje q\u00eb vjen nga rrethi i tij pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb cilit abuzonte me ndjenjat dhe sinqeritetin e karakterit t\u00eb tij. Nga nj\u00ebra duke e shtyr\u00eb dashurin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr vendin dhe kombin e vet tej kufijve t\u00eb normales dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr duke e tradh\u00ebtuar si ekstremist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por dhe vet dinamika e ngjarjeve t\u00eb asaj t\u00eb diele shtrojn\u00eb pyetje gozhduese. Pse u vra 35 vje\u00e7ari? A u ezauruan dispozitat e ligjit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e arm\u00ebs, dmth a u ezaruan t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i shp\u00ebtuar jet\u00ebn Ka\u00e7if\u00ebs? Mos vall\u00eb n\u00eb gjyq ai do t\u00eb fliste p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra q\u00eb nuk duhen m\u00ebsuar kurr\u00eb? N\u00ebse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, ku ndodhet telefoni i tij, d\u00ebshmitari i fundit q\u00eb mund t\u00eb na tregoj\u00eb shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra? Trajektorja e dy plumbave q\u00eb i mor\u00ebn jet\u00ebn 35 vje\u00e7arit tregojn\u00eb se ai u vra n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb. Distanca nga u q\u00ebllua, sipas nj\u00eb profesori mjekoligjor duhet t\u00eb ishte rreth 15 metra. Persona q\u00eb e pan\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur, than\u00eb (pa dashje) se 35-vje\u00e7ari kishte ren\u00eb me duar t\u00eb hapura (?!) P\u00ebrse, ndryshe nga rregulli, nuk posedohet videoja p\u00ebr dinamik\u00ebn e ngjarjes? P\u00ebrse vrasja ndodhi, sapo ceremoniali nd\u00ebrshteteror p\u00ebr varr\u00ebzat e ushtar\u00ebve grek\u00eb kishte mbaruar? Mos vall\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vepruar me logjik\u00ebn e gazetarit t\u00eb njohur p\u00ebr investigimet e tij, se u vra p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebcjell\u00eb mesazhin\u00a0 se ky vend ka zot, dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00eb t\u00eb qajn\u00eb n\u00ebnat e tyre? P\u00ebrse u hap kaq shum\u00eb loja me spiun\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve sekrete k\u00ebto dit\u00eb n\u00eb minoritetin etnik grek?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto pyetje dhe dyshime n\u00eb subkoshienec\u00ebn dhe koshienc\u00ebn kolektive t\u00eb minoritetit grek gjejn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje n\u00eb imazhin e vrasjeve t\u00eb bashk\u00ebkombas\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre nga sistemi komunist p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dashuris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr kombin am\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb rreth tjet\u00ebr frike p\u00ebrb\u00ebn presioni shqiptar mbi minoritetin grek p\u00ebr t\u00eb mohuar identitetin etnik, t\u00eb drejtat dhe historin\u00eb e tij, duke p\u00ebrdorur si mjet paternalizmin nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb dhe tejkalimin e mas\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb edhe n\u00eb kufi t\u00eb patolerueshme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejta q\u00eb minoritetit i takojn\u00eb nga ana tjet\u00ebr. Rasti Ka\u00e7ifa p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shembullin m\u00eb t\u00eb ri dhe m\u00eb tipik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ai kishte nj\u00eb arm\u00eb por nuk e p\u00ebrdori p\u00ebr t\u00eb vrar\u00eb njeri. Donte shum\u00eb vendlindjen e vet, ndaj la Greqin\u00eb dhe erdhi p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb t\u00eb, donte identitetin e vet etnik dhe e shprehte k\u00ebt\u00eb me shpalosjen e flamurit (ndoshta duke tejkaluar mas\u00ebn e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs t\u00eb njohur me ligj). \u00c7do gj\u00eb n\u00eb territorin gjeografik t\u00eb fshatit t\u00eb vet. \u00c7do gj\u00eb si veprime individuale. Asgj\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar. Por u vra p\u00ebr t\u2019u shpallur ekstremist, terrorist, iredentist nga njera an\u00eb dhe hero nga ana tjet\u00ebr!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le t\u00eb zhveshim sado pak patosin grek n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e varrimit t\u00eb K. Ka\u00e7if\u00ebs. T\u00eb parin gj\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb shohim \u00ebsht\u00eb se, nd\u00ebrsa kishte prani greke me tepric\u00eb, por nuk kishte asgj\u00eb antishqiptare. (Madje \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje e till\u00eb ndalohej dhe denohej nga vet t\u00eb pranishmit).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tepria greke konsistonte n\u00eb dy element\u00eb baz\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt nulizojn\u00eb \u00e7do karakterizim p\u00ebr irredentiz\u00ebm grek. S\u00eb pari u demonstruan standarte t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuara n\u00eb \u00e7do miting me p\u00ebrmbajtje komb\u00ebtare greke, apo p\u00ebr \u00e7do person q\u00eb humb pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb jet\u00ebn. Aq m\u00eb t\u00ebp\u00ebr q\u00eb n\u00eb rastin konkret Ka\u00e7ifas ishte identifikuar me flamurin grek dhe vonesa me dit\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra t\u00eb varrimit t\u00eb tij nga shteti shqiptar kishte provokuar ndjenjat nacionaliste n\u00eb Greqi. S\u00eb dyti n\u00eb Bularat rimarrja e shabllon\u00ebve t\u00eb njohura historike (dhe anakronike) pa asnj\u00eb \u201cvizion\u201d t\u00eb ri \u201cirredentismi k\u00ebrcenues\u201d p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, besoj se i la pa arm\u00eb nacionalizmin ekstremist antihelen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vet Ministri i Jasht\u00ebm Ditmir Bushati konstatoi irredentizmin tek termi \u201cVorioepir\u201d (!) Mendoj se ky fakt p\u00ebrb\u00ebn abuzimin me t\u00eb keq p\u00ebr t\u2019i imponuar koh\u00ebs, realitetin dhe minoritetit mohimin e historis\u00eb dhe ngjarjet historike n\u00eb lidhje me t\u00eb. Dihet s\u00eb pari q\u00eb vendosja e kufijve shtet\u00ebrore midis Greqis\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ndau unitetin mijravje\u00e7ar t\u00eb Epirit n\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb, n\u00eb Epirin e Veriut\u00a0 (greqisht Vorioepir) dhe n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb Jugut, pjes\u00eb reciprokisht t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Greqis\u00eb.\u00a0 Dihet s\u00eb dyti se autonomia e Vorioepirit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt historik, me nj\u00eb protokoll t\u00eb firmosur nga pala shqiptare (M. Frasheri), nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e Vorioepirit, nga fuqit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha dhe pala greke. Dihet historikisht se p\u00ebr autonomin\u00eb e Vorioepirit ishin pro dhe luftuan bashk\u00eb popullsi t\u00eb etnis\u00eb greke dhe shqiptare, myslimane dhe ortodokse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb territor, madje n\u00ebn trysnin\u00eb sabotuese t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Athin\u00ebs. K\u00ebshtuq\u00eb, ta mohosh si ngjarje, apo m\u00eb keq, ta identifikosh at\u00eb me minoritetin grek dhe t\u2019ja faturosh atij sot si aktualitet irredentist, \u00ebsht\u00eb e paprecedent\u00eb, aspak serioze dhe mjet i padenj\u00eb presioni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb tilla jan\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u2019i imponuar k\u00ebtij minoriteti historin\u00eb e stisur si i ardhur n\u00eb trojet e veta diku nga shekulli i XVIII-XIX, ndaj duhet t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebn shqiptare. Deri na at\u00eb shkall\u00eb shkon ky presion saq\u00eb kushdo q\u00eb nga ky minoritet deklaron se jemi autokton, shpallet hero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I paprecedent\u00eb mbetet mohimi historik i faktit se tri batalionet partizane nga ky minoritet luftuan p\u00ebrkrah partizan\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb premtimin e Paktit t\u00eb Atllandikut se pas luft\u00ebs do t\u00eb vendosnin vet\u00eb p\u00ebr fatin e tyre, dmth n\u00ebse donin apo jo bashkimin me Greqin\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Po ashtu i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm mbetet paternalizmi shqiptar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mohuar t\u00eb gjitha figurat historike t\u00eb minoritetit q\u00eb nuk u b\u00ebn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyes t\u00eb qeverive shqiptare, sidomos t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs, apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb pohuar n\u00eb emrin e k\u00ebtij minoriteti se ai vazhdimisht g\u00ebzonte dhe i g\u00ebzon t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nuk guxon t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb emrin e vendbanimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se nd\u00ebrtimi i nj\u00eb profili bashk\u00ebjetese tradicionale si nd\u00ebr shekuj nuk mund t\u00eb arrihet as me kultivimin e frik\u00ebs tek pakica dhe as me frik\u00ebn e shumic\u00ebs nga pakica.
