Ja pra ku ndahen ata q\u00eb seriozisht e kan\u00eb betej\u00ebn me krimin dhe ata q\u00eb krimin e kan\u00eb thjesht dhe vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb alibi p\u00ebr si kan\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuar ata me krimin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb larg 2009-a dhe Elbasani e di fare mir\u00eb si bashk\u00ebpunoi Lulzim Basha me persona me t\u00eb shkuar kriminale, madje i nxori edhe nga burgu, p\u00ebr ti p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr intimidimin e socialist\u00ebve, p\u00ebr intimidimin e qytetareve t\u00eb Elbasanit\u201d,\u00a0tha Balla, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb takimi me gra dhe vajza n\u00eb Elbasan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cE pra kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta e madhe, sot Partia Demokratike, n\u00ebse realisht e do familjen shqiptare, i do n\u00ebnat dhe motrat shqiptare, i do t\u00eb mir\u00ebn k\u00ebtij vendi, duhet t\u00eb ishte e pranishme n\u00eb Kuvendin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb jepte vot\u00ebn pro mbylljes s\u00eb basteve dhe t\u00eb loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend.
