Presidenti e ktheu ligjin e pare te Teatrit \u200eduke rreshtuar me dekret 9 arsye kushtetuese pse ligji nuk mund te kalohej. Parlamenti e votoi dhe miratoi dekretin, pra pranoi rrezimin e ligjit duke pranuar te nenta aresyet e Presidentit, pa kundershtuar asnje.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>\u200eEdi Rama amendoi ne rruge antikushtetuese \u200eligjin e rrezuar dhe ia coi perseri te njejten &#8220;corbe&#8221; Presidentit per dekretim. Presidenti e ktheu perseri ligjin me veto, duke nenvizuar se asnje nga 9 aresyet e rrezimit heren e pare nuk ishte zgjidhur. Mazhoranca ka vendosur te rrezoje tashme dekretin e Presidentit e te miratoje ligjin qe vjedh pronen publike duke prishur Teatrin Kombetar.<\/p>\n<p>Tani, meqe presidenti nuk ka ndryshuar qendrim dhe thote se te nenta aresyet e rrezimit te pare mbeten edhe ne ligjin e ri, te vjen vetiu pyetja:<\/p>\n<p>E kishte gabim Mazhoranca heren e pare kur pranoi nente arsyet e Presidentit, apo e pati gabim heren e dyte kur rrezoi po te njejtat nente aresye te Presidentit?
