Kryeson Mali i Zi, ku Konsumi Aktual Individual \u00ebsht\u00eb sa 56% e mesatares s\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, m\u00eb tej Serbia, ku treguesi ACI \u00ebsht\u00eb sa 47% e mesatares europiane. Maqedonia dhe Bosnje-Hercegovina 42%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Q\u00eb pasuria natyrore t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb mir\u00ebq\u00ebnie duhet, q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efi\u00e7ente, t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura, q\u00eb m\u00eb pas investohen n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb e formim dhe edukim, algoritmi i vet\u00ebm i shnd\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb kapitalit natyror n\u00eb mir\u00ebq\u00ebnie individi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u2019do na duheshin as koncesione PPP, as borxhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb shlyer borxhe, se per\u00ebndia nuk na i ka kursyer mund\u00ebsit\u00eb t\u00eb ishim parajs\u00eb ku vihet e jo mallkim nga ku iket.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pra pyetja \u00ebsht\u00eb pse nuk mjaftuan 28 vjet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret modeli ekonomik q\u00eb shnd\u00ebrron pasurin\u00eb natyrore n\u00eb mir\u00ebq\u00ebnie? Dhe m\u00eb e dhimbshmja, t\u00eb na l\u00ebn\u00eb pas vende pa vij\u00eb bregdetare si e jona, pa porte, pa burime, toka bujq\u00ebsore dhe minerale si tonat, madje ende shtete, q\u00eb mbahen nga marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb skaduara, apo ende nuk kan\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kaq e thjesht\u00eb: pse nuk u lan\u00eb kokat e men\u00e7ura t\u00eb formuara mir\u00eb e n\u00eb shkollat m\u00eb elitare bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb hartojn\u00eb nj\u00eb model ekonomik, t\u00eb majt\u00eb, t\u00eb djatht\u00eb, t\u00eb mes\u00ebm me pak, po ku mos ekzistoj\u00eb m\u00eb paradoksi: vendi me pasurit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr frym\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb i fundit p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhurat e mir\u00ebq\u00ebnien materiale p\u00ebr frym\u00eb? E t\u00eb japin nj\u00eb dat\u00eb, nj\u00eb sinor fundor kohor kur i gjith\u00eb ky paradoks merr fund. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb \u201ckle\u00e7k\u00eb t\u00eb vock\u00ebl\u201d n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes, pako gj\u00eb, vet\u00ebm burimet e modeli nuk mjaftojn\u00eb, duhen institucione t\u00eb forta dhe mirqeverisje, por p\u00ebr k\u00ebto dy t\u00eb fundit po na thon\u00eb se po punojn\u00eb mir\u00eb, shum\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb se n\u00eb 25 vitet e fundit.
