Si rezultat, pritet q\u00eb dekreti t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb sot n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn plenare n\u00eb Kuvend, p\u00ebr verdiktin e fundit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dje Kryetari i Komisionit t\u00eb Veprimtarive Prodhuese, Eduard Shalsi tha se \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb axhend\u00ebn e Komisionit q\u00eb shqyrtimi t\u00eb b\u00ebhet dit\u00ebn e enjte n\u00eb or\u00ebn 9:00 t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit, nj\u00eb or\u00eb para se t\u00eb filloj\u00eb seanca plenare dhe sipas rregullores s\u00eb Kuvendit, dekreti futet automatikisht n\u00eb rendin e dit\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb kalendarin e punimeve.<\/span><\/p>\n

Presidenti Ilir Meta e firmosi dekretin p\u00ebr ligjin e Teatrit n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 11 tetor duke vendosur ta kthej\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvend p\u00ebr shtyrtim.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb argumentimin e Met\u00ebs, thuhej se pavar\u00ebsisht ndryshimeve t\u00eb b\u00ebra prej mazhoranc\u00ebs n\u00eb ligjin e votuar prej tyre p\u00ebr s\u00eb dyti, ato nuk rregullonin asnj\u00eb prej v\u00ebrejtjeve t\u00eb theksuar n\u00eb kthimin e ligjit t\u00eb par\u00eb, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb theksin sidomos tek mungesa e gar\u00ebs s\u00eb hapur dhe transparenc\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb dekretin e Met\u00ebs theksoheshin 9 pika ku ligji p\u00ebr teatrin kishte probleme duke p\u00ebrmendur munges\u00ebn e transparenc\u00ebs, munges\u00ebn e gar\u00ebs s\u00eb hapur, favorizimin e nj\u00eb kompanie t\u00eb vetme si dhe shkeljen e disa normave t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore.<\/span><\/p>\n
