Tre arrestime kan\u00eb ndodhur dit\u00ebn e djeshme n\u00eb qytetin e Vlor\u00ebs, p\u00ebr akuza mbi vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00ebsohet se nj\u00eb person \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtim dhe kanosje t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb policis\u00eb, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr dhun\u00eb ndaj bashk\u00ebjetueses s\u00eb tij, si edhe nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr kall\u00ebzim t\u00eb rrem\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPolicia ka arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasin: Lorenc Kananaj, 44 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Arrestimi i tij u b\u00eb pasi m\u00eb dat\u00eb 21.10.2018, dyshohet se ky shtetas ka kund\u00ebrshtuar me dhun\u00eb punonj\u00ebsen e policis\u00eb s\u00eb patrull\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme duke e kanosur at\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Materialet iu referuan Prokuroris\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKund\u00ebrshtimi i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d dhe \u201cKanosja p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs\u201d, parashikuar nga nenet 236\/2 dhe 238 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim p\u00ebr Lorenc Kananajn.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dhun\u00eb ndaj bashk\u00ebjetueses:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPolicia ka arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasin:Redian Metaj, 35 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Arrestimi i tij u b\u00eb pasi m\u00ebngjesin e dat\u00ebs 21.10.2018, dyshohet se ky shtetas ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike dhe psikologjike ndaj bashk\u00ebjetueses s\u00eb tij A.Sh, p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta.<\/span><\/p>\n

Materialet iu referuan Prokuroris\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDhun\u00eb n\u00eb familje\u201d, neni 130\/a i Kodit Penal.\u201d, thot\u00eb policia p\u00ebr Redian Metajn.<\/span><\/p>\n

Policia ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ndalimin e tij pasi Gjykata e Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb me Vendimin nr. 353, dat\u00eb 13.07.2018, e ka d\u00ebnuar k\u00ebt\u00eb shtetas me 3 muaj burg p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKall\u00ebzimi i rrem\u00eb p\u00ebrpara oficerit t\u00eb policis\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore, parashikuar nga neni 305\/b i Kodit Penal.\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e policis\u00eb p\u00ebr Artur Agon.<\/span><\/p>\n
