Dyshohet se oepracioni p\u00ebr arrestimin e Berish\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb dekonspiruar. Ai u lirua me kusht nga burgu n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 6 dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2016. Berisha ishte d\u00ebnuar me 25 vite burg dhe i kishin mbetur edhe 5 vite burg kur u lirua. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ai q\u00ebndronte prej koh\u00ebsh n\u00eb spitalin e burgut ku ishte i shtruar pasi vuante nga nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Ish-kapoja e band\u00ebs s\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit i shp\u00ebtoi burgut p\u00ebrjet\u00eb pasi Gjykata e Lart\u00eb rr\u00ebzoi k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e prokuroris\u00eb pasi argumentoi se veprat penale ishin kryer n\u00eb vitet 1998-2000 dhe p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimet duheshin bazuar tek Kodi Penal i asaj periudhe.<\/span><\/p>\n
