I thash\u00eb se nuk kishte problem, pasi Martinajn e kisha t\u00eb njohur. Dua t\u00eb sqaroj se t\u00eb dy k\u00ebta persona, si Ervin Mata dhe Ervis Martinaj u takuan normalisht dhe nuk dhan\u00eb asnj\u00eb shenj\u00eb p\u00ebr konflikt. Pra u takuan miq\u00ebsisht dhe nuk kishin tendenc\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb tregonte se situata do agravonte si\u00e7 ndodhi\u201d<\/em>, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Popesku n\u00eb d\u00ebshmin\u00eb e tij.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ai ka d\u00ebshmuar m\u00eb tej se\u00a0debati fillimisht nisi mes nj\u00ebrit prej djemve q\u00eb shoq\u00ebronte Martinajn, i identifikuar m\u00eb von\u00eb si Fabian Gaxha dhe komandos Meviol Bilo, q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e Mat\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas Popeskut, pas debateve verbale, ata u konfliktuan edhe fizikisht, dhe ishte pik\u00ebrisht personi q\u00eb shoq\u00ebronte Martinajn, q\u00eb nxori arm\u00ebn dhe q\u00eblloi i pari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mbr\u00ebmjen e 5 tetorit, mbeti i vrar\u00eb Fabian Gaxha, nd\u00ebrsa u plagos\u00ebn Ervis Martinaj dhe Elion Hate.\u00a0Ngjarja e r\u00ebnd\u00eb ndodhi rreth or\u00ebs 21:50, brenda mjediseve t\u00eb lokalit \u201cMonopol\u201d, n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb Redi Popeskut.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb k\u00ebrkim u shpall\u00ebn grupi tjet\u00ebr, Ervin Mata ( i dashuri i Elvana Gjat\u00ebs), Fabio Allushi, Mevjol Bilo, (Komando dhe truproj\u00eb i Elvana Gjat\u00ebs, autor i dyshuar i vrasjes s\u00eb Fabian Gaxh\u00ebs).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Edhe pse n\u00eb fillim u p\u00ebrfol se sherri ndodhi p\u00ebr k\u00ebng\u00ebtaren Elvana Gjata, i dashuri i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs Ervin Mata mori hak pasi e ngacmuan, m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb hetime u p\u00ebrfshi edhe pista e konflikteve t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje droge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rreth 10 dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, u njoftua se edhe Elvana Gjata \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim policor pasi\u00a0ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar nga Shqip\u00ebria pa dh\u00ebne deklarime p\u00ebr organet hetimore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjata u largua nga Shqip\u00ebria disa or\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb pasi ndodhi ngjarja e r\u00ebnd\u00eb.\u00a0Grupi hetimor, pas shum\u00eb tentativash nuk mundi t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb version t\u00eb saj mbi ngjarjen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prokuroria ka urdh\u00ebruar shoq\u00ebrimin e detyruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebtares, e cila ishte n\u00eb lokalin ku ndodhi ngjarja vet\u00ebm 20 minuta para krimit.
