N\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00eb shtyp ministrja e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb Etilda Gjonaj \u00ebsht\u00eb shrpehur se\u00a0 n\u00eb mbledhjen e fundit KLD, ka miratuar nj\u00eb vendim jasht\u00eb rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs\u00a0 duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb leje prind\u00ebrore fshehur gjyqtarit Gjin Gjoni, me argumentin se \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb baba dhe i duhet t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj\u00eb drejt Gjermanis\u00eb atje ku jeton bashk\u00ebshortja e tij.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas Gjonajt, vendimmarrja e KLD \u00ebsht\u00eb e paligjshme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cK\u00ebto vendime t\u00eb KLD jan\u00eb n\u00eb shkleje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb ligjit. Ky akt i nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb me procedur\u00eb t\u00eb parregullt \u00ebsht\u00eb i pavlefsh\u00ebm. K\u00ebrkesa \u00ebsht\u00eb shqyrtuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme n\u00eb fund t\u00eb mbledhjes. KLD mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb rendin e dit\u00ebs, vet\u00ebm me votat e 2\/3 t\u00eb gjyqtar\u00ebve. Pa kuorum, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe vot\u00ebn e Gjin Gjonit, KLD i ka shkuar deri n\u00eb fund nj\u00eb paligjshm\u00ebrie t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre p\u00ebrmasave. KLD mbajti t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb vendimin p\u00ebr gjyqtarin Gjin Gjoni, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb procesverbal zbulohet mjaft mir\u00eb leja prind\u00ebrore e Gjin Gjonit. Do t’i drejtohem zyrtarisht k\u00ebtij institucioni q\u00eb t\u00eb shfuqizoj\u00eb vendiomin e marr\u00eb n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb lgjit, n\u00eb t\u00eb kud\u00ebrt k\u00ebrkesa do t’i drejtohet gjykat\u00ebs”, u shpreh Gjonaj.<\/span><\/p>\n
