Sipas ministris\u00eb, statistikat p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb vet\u00ebm numrin e krimeve dhe jo t\u00eb viktimave nga ngjarja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cPershendetje, nje sqarim te shkurter: Statistikat krahasuese perfshijne vepren penale &#8216;vrajse me dashje&#8217; dhe jo numrin e viktimave ne ngjarje.
