Prime Minister Rama called on protesters to join the Socialist Party to defend Albania.
In his speech to those gathered in Italia Square on the 35th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Party, the head of government did not forget to take aim at the Democratic Party and the new parties.
"If you really want to protect Albania, do not confuse the direction from which the danger to the environment, nature and Albania comes, but join the Socialist Party that needs anyone who does not agree with what is wrong, but who is ready to fight with us to make things better. With ideas, not with shouts, with proposals and with the people sitting there at work, not just with selfie videos and gossip, with Albania in their hearts and minds at work, not Albania in their mouths and envy in their hearts and calculations in their minds. I am very clear that the protest has become political in nature, legitimate for anyone who wants to change Albania according to their approach. Although in Vlora they love the project and are worried that their season is being damaged, various forces are throwing stones on the boulevard and hiding their hand. Just like the opposition here is throwing its swamp up to the trays on their heels, collecting 'likes' while walking with a mirror in front. For the young men and women who truly believe that they are doing revolution, I have sympathy and I am open to talking, but I remain understanding if they do not want to talk. They have done an extraordinary thing, they have cleaned up the filth of the Molotov association.”, said Rama.
